অন্যদিকে,
• Marry someone off [phrasal verb ]
- English Meaning: to make certain that someone, especially a female member of your family, gets married, or that she marries the person you have chosen.
- Bangla Meaning: বিয়ে দেওয়া।
- যেমন: She was married off to the local doctor by the age of 16.

- "married off" implies arranging a marriage, but it requires "off" followed by "to" as in "married off to a wealthy businessman".

• After শব্দটি preposition, conjunction, adjective এবং adverb হিসেবে ব্যবহৃত হওয়া একটি শব্দ।

• The team celebrated after they won the world cup.
- Here 'after' is used as - conjunction.
- ’বাক্যটিতে after এর পরে একটি clause বসেছে।

• after শব্দটি conjunction হিসেবে যখন ব্যবহার হয়, তখন এর পরে একটি clause (Subject + finite verb) বসে;

অন্যদিকে, 
- after যখন preposition হিসেবে ব্যবহার হয়, তখন এর পরে একটি noun/noun phrase অথবা verb+ing বসে।

- English Meaning: to consider something deeply and thoroughly; meditate.
- Bangla Meaning: বিবেচনা করা; চিন্তা করা; ভেবে দেখা।

- Transitive verb হিসেবে ব্যবহৃত হলে Ponder-এর পরে সাধারণত কোনো preposition বসে না।

• Appropriate preposition এর ক্ষেত্রে,
- Clue এর সাথে 'সূত্র' অর্থ বুঝাতে to বসে।

Acquaint someone/yourself with something (phrasal verb): 
English Meaning - To make someone or yourself familiar with something. 
Bangla Meaning - পরিচিত হওয়া। 
Example Sentence - Take time to acquaint yourself with the rules.

Complete Sentence - One who changes his residence in a new area should be acquainted with one’s neighbors.

যে word অন্য word এর নির্দিষ্টতা, অনির্দিষ্টতা, সংখ্যা, পরিমাণ, সময় ইত্যাদি নির্ধারণ করে দেয় তা ই Determiner।
এর প্রধান কাজ noun কে Determine করা ; Define বা Modify করা এর কাজ নয়।

Lest এর ব্যবহার:
→ Lest একটি conjunction & এর অর্থ হল 'পাছে/যাতে না'। 
→ মূলত এটি negative অর্থে বাক্যে ব্যবহৃত হয়ে থাকে।

Structure: Independent clause + lest যুক্ত Dependent clause.
অর্থাৎ, subject + verb + other words + lest + subject + (should/might) + base form of verb + other words.

Complete Sentence: Asif double-checked the presentation slides lest he should make a mistake during the meeting.

- বাক্যে দুইটি clause এর মধ্যে একটি হবে স্বাধীন বা independent এবং অপরটি হবে ঐ independent টির উপর নির্ভরশীল এমন clause গুলোকে যুক্ত করে, তাকে subordinate conjunction বলে। 
- যেমন: when, as how, if, lest, unless, since, so that etc.
- We study hard so that we can pass the exam.

Under (preposition)
(১) নিচে; তলে; নিম্নে; তল/নিচ দিয়ে: The workers were gossiping under the factory wall.
(২) ভিতরে আচ্ছাদিত; তলে; নিচে: The child hid his face under the bedclothes.
(৩) চেয়ে ন্যূনতর; নিচের; নিম্নপদস্থ; children under (বিপরীত over/above) fifteen years of age, পনের বছরের কম বয়সের: books for the under tens (বিপরীত over-tens); speak under one’s breath, ফিসফিস করে কথা বলা।

- অতীতকালীন; গত; বিগত।
- যেমন - Don't be anxious, the danger is now past.

- অতীত; অতীতকাল।
