• An embedded question is a question that is included inside another question or statement. 
- অর্থাৎ, Embedded Question হলো এমন একটি প্রশ্ন, যা আরেকটি বাক্যের ভেতরে সংযুক্ত থাকে এবং এটি সাধারণত indirect question হিসেবে ব্যবহৃত হয়। এটি মূলত statement বা indirect question আকারে থাকে, যেখানে স্বাভাবিক প্রশ্নবোধক কাঠামো পরিবর্তিত হয়।
- এতে সরাসরি প্রশ্নের মতো auxiliary verb (do, does, did) ব্যবহৃত হয় না।

- তাই, Do you know where he lives? - সঠিক। এখানে "where he lives" – statement-এর মতো word order (he lives) ব্যবহার করা হয়েছে। এটিই সবচেয়ে স্বাভাবিক ও ব্যাকরণগতভাবে সঠিক বাক্য।

Options,

ক) Do you know where does he live?
- ভুল। কারণ পরোক্ষ প্রশ্নে "does" ব্যবহার করে inversion করা যায় না।

খ) Do you know where did he live?
- ভুল। "did" ব্যবহার করা হয়েছে, যা past tense-এর জন্য। কিন্তু বাক্যটি present-এর কথা বলছে। তাছাড়া inversionও ভুল।

ঘ) Do you know where is his living place?
- ভুল। "where is his living place" – এখানে inversion (is his) করা হয়েছে, যা indirect question-এ হওয়া উচিত নয়। তাছাড়া "his living place" বলার চেয়ে "where he lives" অনেক বেশি স্বাভাবিক।

Unless (conjunction): 
- Unless অর্থ if ...... not (যদি না)। 
- Unless দ্বারা যে clause শুরু হয় সে clause এ 'not' ব্যবহৃত হয় না। 
- অপর clause টি বিপরীত অর্থ প্রকাশ করে।

Complete Sentence: Unless you consistently save money, you won't be able to afford that vacation.

Other options, 
Since (conjunction) - তারপর থেকে; তখন থেকে। 
When (conjunction) - সেই সময়ে; যখন।
Whereas (conjunction) - এই বিবেচনা করে; এই বিচার করে; যেহেতু।

Sub + be verb + adjective/noun গঠনানুসারে am/is/are/was/were/ এর পর noun ও বসতে পারে অথবা adjective ও বসতে পারে ।
যদি be verb এর পর subject এর পরিচয় প্রকাশ পায় তাহলে noun বসে যেমন - He is a student. এখানে subject এর পরিচয় প্রকাশ করার জন্য noun- a student বসেছে।
আর যদি subject দোষ, গুণ ইত্যাদি প্রকাশ পায় তাহলে adjective বসে ।
যেমনঃ It is difficult to solve the problem,
এখানে difficult কিন্তু It এর পরিচয় প্রকাশ করছে না বরং দোষ, গুণ, অবস্থা টাইপের বৈশিষ্ট্য বুঝাচ্ছে ।
তাই এখানে difficulty (noun) না হয়ে difficult (adjective) হবে ।
একই কারণে উপরের প্রশ্নটির ক্ষেত্রেও difficulty (noun) না হয়ে difficult (adjective) হবে ।

• Sentence এ ​Before থাকলে,
- Past perfect + before + Past indefinite.
- 'Before' conjunction যুক্ত sentence এ before এর পূর্বে past perfect tense হয় এবং before এর পরে past indefinite হবে।
- Complete Sentence: He had left the restaurant before the guest arrived.
- বাক্যটিতে before এর পূর্বে past perfect tense ও পরে past indefinite হওয়াতে সঠিক হয়েছে।

এখানে before এর আগে ও পরে past indefinite হওয়াতে এটি ভুল।

2. (Of a person) Sad and lonely because you have lost something
- Bangla Meaning: বঞ্চিত হওয়া/ বিছিন্ন হওয়া।

• কোন কিছু থেকে বঞ্চিত থাকা অর্থে Bereft এর সাথে preposition হিসেবে of ব্যবহার করা হয়।

countable এবং uncountable উভয় ধরনের noun এর আগে determiner হিসেবে some বসে।
যেমনঃ
- My mother has inherited some land.
- There's some butter in the fridge.
- Do you want some tea?
এবং tea এর পূর্বে some ব্যবহার করে যখন জিজ্ঞাসা করা হয়, সে ক্ষেত্রে প্রশ্নকর্তা হ্যা বোধক উত্তরের আশায় করেন।

uncountable noun কে যখন পরিমাপ করতে হয়, তখন এটা যে আধারে রাখা হয়, সেটার সামনে a ব্যবহার করা যায়। সুতরাং a cup of - ও সঠিক।
যেমন- Would you like a cup of tea?

• And দ্বারা যুক্ত হয়েও যদি noun গুলি একই অর্থ প্রকাশ করে তখন verb টি singular হয়ে থাকে।
