Noun and Noun Related

Some, a lot of, lots of, no এই Determiners গুলো countable এবং uncountable উভয়ই ধরনের noun এর পূর্বে বসতে পারে।
অপরদিকে, An amount of, little, a little, the little, much শুধু uncountable noun এর পূর্বে বসে।
মনে রাখুনঃ An amount of Little Fish (little, a little, the little, & much)- ছোট মাছের পরিমাণ (uncountable noun);
কিছু না প্রচুর (some, no, a lot of, lots of)- countable এবং uncountable উভয় noun.
এছাড়া বাকি determiner (few, many, each, either ইত্যাদি) গুলো countable noun এর পূর্বে বসে।
বিশেষ নোটঃ এই ব্যাখ্যাটির কি ওয়ার্ড countable এবং uncountable noun তো বুঝেনই। আর এই ব্যাখ্যাও তো বুঝেছেন! সুতরাং আপনার Determiner অধ্যায় পড়া শেষ! দেখেন এই অধ্যায়ের বিগত সালের সকল চাকরির পরীক্ষার প্রশ্নের উত্তর আপনি সহজেই পারতেছেন!

Work হচ্ছে singular uncountable noun.
little, a little, the little, less- uncountable noun এর ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহৃত হয়।

অন্যদিকে few, a few, the few, fewer, many, number of ইত্যাদি plural noun or countable noun এর পূর্বে বসে।

Correct answer: খ) Material Noun.

• Materiel noun 
- যে Noun দ্বারা কোন বস্তু বা পদার্থকে নির্দেশ করে তাকে Material noun বলে।
- Material noun সাধারণত uncountable noun হয়।
- একে গণনা করা যায় না কিন্তু পরিমাপ বা ওজন করা যায়।
- Oil (তেল) হলো Material noun, কারণ এটি পদার্থ বা বস্তু বাচক এবং একে গণনা করা যায় না কিন্তু পরিমাপ বা ওজন করা যায়।
- আরো উদাহরণ: Silver, Iron, Cotton, Diamond, Milk, Paint, Rubber, Paper, Steel, Sand, Wood, Mutton, Oil etc.

Few:
- এটি দ্বারা নেই বললেই চলে বোঝায়।
- এটি শুধু Countable noun কে modify করে।
- যেমন: I have few books.

Little:
- Countable Noun এর সাথে যে অর্থে few ব্যবহৃত হয় ঐ একই অর্থে Uncountable noun এর সাথে little বসে।
- এটি শুধু Uncountable noun কে modify করে।
- যেমন: I have little knowledge about it.

More:
- এটি  Countable এবং Uncountable উভয় প্রকার noun কেই modify করে
- যেমন:
   1.More people are needed (Countable)
   2. More water is needed(Uncountable)

Much:
- Countable noun এর সাথে অনেক বোঝাতে many কিন্তু uncountable Noun এর সাথে একই অর্থে Much ব্যবহৃত হয়।
- এটি শুধু Uncountable noun কে modify করে।
- যেমন: Five eggs per day give us much strength.

- "শত্রু"(enemy) শব্দটি দ্বারা এটি ছেলে-মেয়ে উভয়কেই বুঝায়।

- যেমন- Woman, Cow, Sister, Girl, She, Bitch, Hen, ইত্যাদি।

ঘ) Neuter Gender:
- যে noun দ্বারা কোন প্রাণীর স্ত্রী বা পুরুষ কোন অবস্থাকে বোঝায় না তাকে Neuter Gender বলে।
- যেমন Book, Pen, Table, ইত্যাদি।
