English Meaning - In the middle of or surrounded by other things.
Bangla Meaning - পরিবেষ্টিত; মাঝখানে। 
- দুইয়ের অধিক ব্যক্তিসংশ্লিষ্ট বিভাজন, বিতরণ, অধিকারিতা বা কর্মকাণ্ড নির্দেশ করে।

The phrase over the phone, means that something is done using the phone as a way to do it. অর্থাৎ ফোন ব্যবহার করে বা ফোনের মাধ্যমে কোন কিছু করা।  যেমন:
