1. Complex Sentence এর time clause এ যখন ভবিষ্যৎ কালেও উল্লেখ থাকে, তখন Principal clause এ Future Tense ব্যবহার হয় কিন্তু subordinate clause এ Future Tense ব্যবহার হয় না। যেমন:
- Mr. Samad will telephone you as soon as he returns.

2. কিন্তু, time clause এ Future Perfect Tense ব্যবহার না হয়ে Present Perfect Tense ব্যবহার হয়। এ ক্ষেত্রে  Principal clause এ Future Tense ব্যবহার হয়। যেমন:
- I will return your book on Monday when I have read it.

• উল্লিখিত বাকি অপশনগুলো,
• Adverbial clause of supposition/ concession/ contrast:
- Verb সংঘটিত হবার বিপরীত কোন কিছু হওয়া/ করা বোঝাবে।
- Principal clause এর verb কে 'কী সত্ত্বেও' দ্বারা প্রশ্ন করলে উত্তর পাওয়া যায়।

- যেমন:
- Though she was nervous, she spoke confidently during the meeting.
- 'কী সত্ত্বেও 'she spoke confidently during the meeting' প্রশ্ন করলে উত্তর পাওয়া যায় - 'Though she was nervous'.
- তাই এটি Adverbial clause of concession.

• Adverbial clause of reason:
- এর দ্বারা verb সংঘটিত হবার কারণ বোঝায়।
- Principal clause এর verb কে why দ্বারা প্রশ্ন করলে এর উত্তর পাওয়া যায়।
- Because, as, since দ্বারা adverbial clause of reason শুরু হয়।

- যেমন:
- They stayed inside since it was raining.
- 'Why' দ্বারা 'stayed' কে প্রশ্ন করলে উত্তর পাওয়া যায়, যথাক্রমে- since it was raining.
- তাই এটি Adverbial clause of reason.

• Adverbial clause of purpose:
- Principal clause এর কাজের উদ্দেশ্যের প্রতি ইংগিত করে।
- Adverbial Clause of reason টি Subordanating Conjunction দিয়ে শুরু হয়। যেমন: That, So that, In order to, Lest দ্বারা শুরু হয়।

- যেমন:
- He works hard so that he can succeed.
- Why দ্বারা প্রশ্ন করলে উত্তর পাওয়া যায়।
- সে কেন পরিশ্রম করছে? - "so that he can succeed" (যাতে সে সফল হতে পারে)।
