• Complete sentence: Of the two boys he is the better.
- Bangla Meaning: দুই ছেলের মধ্যে সে ভালো।

• Use of Article:
- যখন দুটি ব্যক্তি বা বস্তুর মধ্যে একটির দোষ/গুণ সম্পর্কে বলা হয়, তখন adjective -এর comparative degree -এর পূর্বে The বসে।
- এক্ষেত্রে, sentence -এর শুরুতে অথবা comparative degree -এর পরে Of the two কথাটির উল্লেখ থাকে।

• Structure:
Of the two + plural noun + verb + the + comparative. অথবা Subject + verb + the + comparative + of the two + plural noun.

• More examples:
1. This is the better of the two.
2. Of the two shirts the black one is the better.

• The building is built of stone. The underlined word is - Uncountable noun.

• Uncountable noun:
যে সকল noun -কে গণনা করা যায় না (পদার্থ, দোষ, গুণ, কাজ ইত্যাদির নাম) তাকে Uncountable noun/Non-count noun বলে।

যেমন:
Bread, Fun, Equipment, Furniture, Food, rice, salt, water, information, luggage, poetry, work, homework, scenery, traffic ইত্যাদি।

Note: Uncountable noun -এর plural হয় না এবং এদের পূর্বে article ও হয় না।

• Countable Noun:
- যে সকল noun -কে গণনা করা যায়, তাকে Countable Noun বলে।
- যেমন: Book (বই), Foe (শত্রু), Fan (পাখা) ইত্যাদি হলো Countable Noun. এগুলোকে গণনা করা যায়।

• The word ‘Phenomenon’ becomes Phenomena in the plural.

Bangla meaning:

• "Let" একটি verb বিধায় এর পরের অংশে যে সকল সর্বনাম ব্যবহার করা হয়, সেগুলোকে অব্যয় বা object (objective) রূপে রাখতে হয়।
উদাহরণস্বরূপ,
"He" (subjective) পরিবর্তে "him" (objective) ব্যবহার করা হয় এবং "I" পরিবর্তে "me" ব্যবহার করা হয়।

তাই,
"Let him and me go." বাক্যটিই সঠিক।

ব্যাখ্যা:
Light (আলো) দিয়ে Photograph (আলোকচিত্র / ছবি) ধারণ করা হয়; আর Sound (শব্দ) দিয়ে Recording করা হয়।

• Enough - adjective হিসেবে ব্যবহৃত হলে noun এর পূর্বে বসে।
- যেমন: When your body does not get enough food, it does not meet the glucose it needs. এই বাক্যে enough(adj) food(noun) এর পূর্বে বসেছে।

'Enough' এখানে food-এর আগে বসে ব্যক্ত করছে যে খাবারের পরিমাণ যথেষ্ট নয়। ইংরেজি বাক্য গঠনে, 'enough' সাধারণত Noun এর আগে বসে। এটি adjective হিসাবে ব্যবহৃত হয়েছে যা "পর্যাপ্ত" বোঝায়।

সুতরাং, 
Correct Sentence:
"When your body does not get enough food, it cannot make the glucose it needs."
(যখন তোমার শরীর পর্যাপ্ত খাবার পায় না, তখন এটি প্রয়োজনীয় গ্লুকোজ তৈরি করতে পারে না।)

• Linking verb:
যে সকল verb সাধারণত subject ও Subjective complement এর মধ্যে যোগসূত্র স্থাপন করে তাদেরকে Linking verb বলে।
- Linking verb-এর complement হিসেবে সাধারণত adjective বসে৷
- Subject এবং subjective complement এর মধ্যবর্তী verb কে linking verb বলে৷
- অবশ্যই মনে রাখতে হবে - Linking verb হচ্ছে actionless.

• Turn, be, become, look, seem, remain, appear, get, grow etc. সাধারণত Linking verb হিসেবে ব্যবহৃত হয়।
- কিন্তু এগুলো বাক্যে ব্যবহারে ভিন্নতার কারণে Action verb ও হতে পারে। যেমন:

• The doctor felt the pulse of the patient. (Action Verb)
- The patient felt nervous. (Linking Verb)

"The patient felt nervous."- এ "felt" linking verb হিসেবে ব্যবহৃত হয়েছে, যা subject "The patient" কে adjective "nervous" এর সাথে সংযুক্ত করে।

Burst into tears (idiom):
English Meaning: to start to cry.
Bangla Meaning: - কান্নায় ভেঙ্গে পড়া।

সুতরাং,
"She burst into tears when she heard the tragic news."
("দুঃখজনক খবরটি শোনার পর তিনি কেঁদে ফেললেন।")

• এখানে committee হলো collective noun, আর collective noun গুলো প্রাণিবাচক হলেও এগুলো neuter gender হয়।
- তাই এদের pronoun টিও singular অর্থাৎ, it, its (possessive) হয়।

- উল্লেখ্য যে, it -এর possessive হলো its, it's নয়। it's দ্বারা it is/it has বোঝায়।

Bangla Meaning: বিভ্রান্তিকর; হেঁয়ালিমূলক।
