• Adjective এর পূর্বে so, too ইত্যাদি থাকলে ইহাদের পরে a/ an বসে।

- so/ too + Adjective + a/ an + singular countable noun.

- এখানে "honorable" শব্দটি h দিয়ে শুরু হলেও h ধ্বনিটি উচ্চারিত হয় না (silent h).
- শব্দটির উচ্চারণ শুরু হয় অ ধ্বনি দিয়ে, যা একটি vowel sound.
- ইংরেজিতে vowel sound-এর আগে an ব্যবহার হয়।
- তাই এখানে হবে an honorable person, অর্থাৎ "একজন সম্মানিত ব্যক্তি"।

- a honorable person ভুল হবে, কারণ vowel sound-এর আগে "a" ব্যবহার করা হয় না।

- the honorable person সঠিক হতে পারে নির্দিষ্ট করে বললে।

• Article এর নিয়মানুযায়ী - 
- ভাষার নামের পুর্বে কোনো article ব্যবহৃত হয় না এবং
- যেকোনো জাতির নামের পুর্বে article হিসাবে the বসাতে হয়।
যেহেতু প্রশ্নে, She studies French দ্বারা ভাষা বোঝানো হয়েছে তাই এর পূর্বে কোনো article বসবে না। 
- like __ French দ্বারা ইংরেজদের মত অর্থাৎ জাতিকে নির্দেশ করা হয়েছে তাই এর পূর্বে the বসবে।

• Article এর নিয়মানুযায়ী,
- যদি বিখ্যাত গ্রন্থের নামের পূর্বে লেখকের নাম উল্লেখ করা না থাকে তবে এর পূর্বে article হিসাবে the বসে।
-  The Gitanjali of Rabindranath - এখানে গ্রন্থের নামের পূর্বে লেখকের নাম  নেই, গ্রন্থের নামের পরে  রয়েছে, তাই article বসবে।

Complete sentence: Scholars often quote the Agnibina of Nazrul in their essays on Bengali literature.
- কারণ, এখানে, লেখকের নাম গ্রন্থের পরে উল্লেখ করা আছে, তাই গ্রন্থের নামের পূর্বে article হিসেবে the বসেছে।

• কিন্তু বিখ্যাত গ্রন্থের নামের পূর্বে লেখকের নাম থাকলে তার পূর্বে Article বসে না।
- যেমন: Rabindranath’s  Gitanjali - এখানে গ্রন্থের নামের পূর্বে লেখকের নাম  রয়েছে, তাই article বসবেনা।

• প্রকৃতিতে যা একটিমাত্র আছে তার পূর্বে The বসে।
- অর্থাৎ, একক বস্তু যেমন- চাঁদ, সূর্য, আকাশ, পৃথিবী (earth, world, universe), পূর্ব, পশ্চিম, উত্তর, দক্ষিণ, ইত্যাদি নামের পূর্বে The বসে।

• শূন্যস্থানে সঠিক উত্তর হবে - a.
- Complete sentence: He wants to be a Newton in science.

• সাধারণত কোন ব্যক্তির নাম Proper noun হয় এবং এর পূর্বে কোনো article বসে না।
- কিন্তু, কখনো কখনো a/an, 'one like' বা এর মত একজন অর্থে article হিসেবে Proper noun এর পূর্বে a/an বসে।

এখানে “Newton” দ্বারা বোঝানো হয়েছে Isaac Newton–এর মতো একজন মহান বিজ্ঞানী হওয়া।

যখন কোনো বিখ্যাত ব্যক্তির নামের আগে a/an বসে, তখন তার অর্থ হয় — তার মতো একজন।
