• Adjective clause:
- An adjective clause is a subordinate clause that acts as an adjective in a sentence and qualifies a noun or equivalent.
- অর্থাৎ, যেসব sub-ordinate clause বাক্যে ব্যবহার হয়ে adjective এর কাজ করে তাদেরকে Adjective clause বলে।
- এগুলো বাক্যে ব্যবহৃত হয়ে কোন noun বা noun equivalent  (noun -এর সমতুল্য) -কে qualify করে।
- অর্থাৎ বাক্যে noun/pronoun এর পরে বসে ঐ noun/pronoun কে modify করে তাকে adjective clause বলে।
