• Simple to Compound:
• Simple sentence এ too + adjective + to + verb থাকলে Compound এ too এর স্থলে very এবং to এর স্থলে and বসে।
- Tense অনুযায়ী can not/could not বসে।
- বাকী অংশ বসে।

Simple sentence: She was too ill to attend the meeting.
Compound sentence: She was very ill and could not attend the meeting.

• Gift of the gab
- English Meaning: the ability to speak with eloquence and fluency / the ability to speak easily and confidently.
- Bangla Meaning: বাকপটু হওয়া / আত্মবিশ্বাসের সাথে কথা বলার ক্ষমতা।

• We wonder whether he will join us. The underlined part is an example of - Noun clause.
- এখানে, whether he will join us, clause টি wonder verb এর object হিসেবে noun clause.

• A noun clause is a group of words that band together and act like a noun.
- Nouns clauses are used when a single word isn't enough.
- They're always dependent clauses.

• একটি বাক্যের চারটি স্থানে Noun clause  বসতে পারে -
1. Subject হিসাবে,
যেমন: What will he do is uncertain.

2. Transitive verb এর object হিসেবে,
যেমন: I believe what you have said.

3. Linking verb এরপরে complement হিসাবে,
যেমন: The reason is why they are angry.

4. Preposition এর object হিসেবে,

• Causative Verb:
- Subject যখন নিজে কাজ না করে অন্যকে দিয়ে কাজ করিয়ে নেয় তখন এই অর্থে causative verb ব্যবহৃত হয়। 
- Help, Get, Have, Let, Make ইত্যাদি বহুল প্রচলিত causative verb.
- Make, have, get প্রভৃতি যোগে অনেক verb- কে causative verb এ পরিণত করা যায়।

• Causative verb হিসাবে Have এর structure - 
1. Subject + have (any tense) + object (usually person) + base form of verb + . . . .
Example:
- John had Alex clean the bedroom.
- He always has me do his work.
- Mary will have Alex prepare her homework.

অর্থাৎ, Have এর পর কোনো ব্যক্তি থাকলে verb এর base form হবে।
Complete sentence: The editor had the author revise the introduction for clarity.

Other options,
ক) to revise → have এর পরে সাধারণত to বসে না (যদি না want বা ask ইত্যাদি থাকে)।

খ) revising → gerund (ing-form), এখানে causative sense বোঝায় না।

ঘ) revised → past participle, এক্ষেত্রে এটি সঠিক নয়।

বাক্যের অর্থঃ

- English Meaning: with a feeling of deep pleasure or satisfaction; in an imposing manner; splendidly.
- Bangla Meaning: সগর্বে; সদর্পে; সদম্ভে; মহাসমারোহে।
