American English এ ‘get’ verb এর past participle হলো 'gotten', আর British English এ - 'got'.

সুতরাং, British English অনুযায়ী সঠিক উত্তর হলো:

অন্যদিকে, American English অনুযায়ী সঠিক হবে:
ঘ) he wouldn't have gotten wet in the rain।

• As if/ As though যুক্ত Sentence এর পূর্বে Past Indefinite Tense থাকলে as if/ as though এর পরে Past Perfect Tense হয়।

Rule:
- No sooner had, Hardly had, Scarcely had এবং As soon as সবগুলোই ‘করতে না করতেই/ হতে না হতেই’ এ রকম অর্থে ব্যবহৃত হয় এবং এর প্রথম অংশ Past Perfect এবং Verb এর Past Participle হয় এবং ২য় অংশে Past Indefinite হয়।
- Subordinate clause (যেটি than এর পরে আসে) সাধারণত past simple tense হয়।

- 1st Conditional : If + Present Indefinite + Future Indefinite.
- First Conditional is used for real future possibility.
