Future Tense

◉ Complete Sentence - She has been cleaning the house, and now it looks spotless.
এই sentence টি perfect example of Present Perfect Continuous কারণ:
- Action টা (cleaning) অতীতে শুরু হয়েছিল, 
- Action টা এইমাত্র শেষ হয়েছে, 
- যখন চলছিল তখন continuous action ছিল, 
- Result টা present এ দেখা যাচ্ছে (now it looks spotless). 

Present Perfect Continuous Tense: 
- Present Perfect Continuous তখন use করা হয় যখন—
a) কোন action অতীতে শুরু হয়েছে এবং এখনো চলছে, 
b) Action টা এইমাত্র শেষ হয়েছে, কিন্তু যখন চলছিল তখন continuous ছিল। 

এই tense এ দুইটা important preposition use করা হয়:
Since = কখন থেকে শুরু হয়েছে; Since এর পরে specific time point বসে (morning, 2019, last week). 
For = কতক্ষণ ধরে চলছে; For এর পরে time duration বসে (2 hours, 5 years, 3 months). 

Structure: Subject + has/have + been + verb + ing. 
Examples: 
- I have been reading this book for two weeks.
Explanation: The action of reading started two weeks ago and is still ongoing.

- She has been working at the company since January.
Explanation: She started working in January and continues to work there now.

উল্লেখ্য, 
- এই tense এর কোন passive form নেই। 
- Action টা যে এখনো চলছে সেটা বোঝাতে '-ing' form use করা হয়।

সঠিক উত্তর: খ) She will be singing the song tomorrow.

• প্রশ্নে উল্লিখিত বাক্যটিতে “tomorrow” থাকায় Future Continuous Tense-এর মধ্যে পড়ে:
- যার গঠন হয়: Subject + shall be/will be + verb-এর ing রূপ + object.

এখানে,
- Subject: She
- Auxiliary verb: will be
- Main verb: singing (verb + ing)
- Object: the song
- Time marker: tomorrow
সেই অনুযায়ী সঠিক বাক্য: She will be singing the song tomorrow.

• অন্যান্য অপশন কেন ভুল:
ক) She will sang the song tomorrow. “sang” → past form; “will” এর পরে base form প্রয়োজন।
গ) She will been singing the song tomorrow. “been” → perfect tense marker, কিন্তু “will” এর সঙ্গে “be” প্রয়োজন।
ঘ) She will has singing the song tomorrow. “has” → present perfect tense marker, Future Structure সঠিক নয়।

Correct answer: will have.
Complete sentence: By next Friday, I will have completed this project.
- প্রশ্নে উল্লিখিত বাক্যে প্রথম অংশে যেহেতু By next Friday আছে, তাই নিয়মানুযায়ী পরের অংশে Future perfect tense হবে।
- তাই শূন্যস্থানে সঠিক উত্তর হবে - will have.

• বাক্যটি Future perfect tense এ আছে।
- Future perfect tense is used to indicate the completion of an action by a certain time in the future.
- ভবিষ্যৎ কালে কোন নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের মধ্যে কোন কাজ হয়ে যাবে বোঝালে বা দুটি কাজের মধ্যে একটি আগে হবে বোঝালে Future perfect tense হয়।

• কোন বাক্যে By this time, By (time, month, year), Next (time, month, year) ইত্যাদি দ্বারা ভবিষ্যৎ কালের কোন কিছু ঘটবে বোঝালে verb -এর Future perfect tense হয়।
- Future perfect tense -এর সঠিক structure হলো- Sub + shall have/will have + verb এর past participle form + ext.

Correct answer: They will be playing football at 6 PM tomorrow.

• এটি Future Continuous Tense এর উদাহরণ। এই Tense-এর গঠন অনুযায়ী, ভবিষ্যতে একটি নির্দিষ্ট সময়ে কোনো কাজ চলতে থাকবে বোঝালে will be এর পরে মূল verb-এর সাথে ing যোগ হয়।
- Structure: Subject + will be + Verb (ing form) + Extension.

• Other options:
ক) They will be played football at 6 PM tomorrow.
- এটি ভুল কারণ, Future Continuous Tense এর গঠন অনুযায়ী "will be" এর পরে মূল verb-এর সাথে ing যোগ হয়।

গ) They will been playing football at 6 PM tomorrow.
- এটি ভুল কারণ, "will" এর পরে 'been' হয় না।

ঘ) They will have been playing football at 6 PM tomorrow.
- বাক্যটি Future Perfect Continuous Tense এর উদাহরণ। এটি ভুল কারণ, ভবিষ্যতে নির্দিষ্ট মুহূর্তে চলমান কাজের জন্য Future Continuous Tense ব্যবহৃত হয়।

Correct answer: The company will be launching a new product next month.
- ভবিষ্যৎকালে কোন কাজ চলতে থাকবে এরূপ বোঝালে Future continuous tense হয়।

• Future Continuous Tense:
- ভবিষ্যৎকালে কোন কাজ চলতে থাকবে এরূপ বোঝালে Future continuous tense হয়।
- Structure: Subject + shall be/ will be + verb + ing + ext.

Other options:
ক) They will do the work tomorrow.
- This is an example of future indefinite tense.

খ) He has gone to Chittagong.
- This is an example of present perfect tense.

গ) They will not have arrived by noon.
- This is an example of future perfect tense.

Complete sentence: By the time next year, I will have finished my degree.

• অর্থাৎ, By the time দ্বারা যদি দুইটি clause যুক্ত থাকে তখন By the time-এর পরের clause টি present indefinite হয় এবং অন্য clause টি future indefinite/perfect/perfect continuous tense হয়।
- প্রশ্নে উল্লিখিত বাক্যে By the time এর পরের অংশটুকু যেহেতু present indefinite tense-এ আছে, তাই নিয়মানুযায়ী অন্য অংশে future indefinite/perfect/perfect continuous tense হবে।
- সুতরাং নিয়মানুযায়ী, শূন্যস্থানে "will have'হবে।

Other options:
ক) will
- Modal Auxiliary এর পরে Verb এর base form বসে। বাক্যে এখানে past participle form রয়েছে। তাই এখানে will এর ব্যবহার সঠিক নয়।

গ) will be
- will be এর পর verb এর সাথে "ing" যুক্ত হয়। বাক্যে এখানে past participle form রয়েছে। তাই এখানে will be এর ব্যবহার সঠিক নয়।

ঘ) will had
- Modal Auxiliary verb will এর সাথে কখনো past tense ব্যবহৃত হয় না। তাই এটি সঠিক নয়।

Correct answer: will have died.
Complete sentence: By the time the doctor arrives, the patient will have died.

• বাক্যে By the time, by, by then, by that time দ্বারা ভবিষ্যৎ কালের কোন কিছু ঘটবে বোঝালে verb-এর future perfect tense হয়।
- অর্থাৎ, By the time দ্বারা যদি দুইটি clause যুক্ত থাকে তখন By the time-এর পরের clause টি present indefinite tense হয় এবং অন্য clause টি future perfect tense হয়।

- প্রশ্নে উল্লিখিত বাক্যে By the time এর পরের অংশটুকু যেহেতু present indefinite tense -এ আছে,
- তাই নিয়মানুযায়ী অন্য অংশে future perfect হবে।
- সুতরাং নিয়মানুযায়ী, শূন্যস্থানে will have died হবে।

• Complete sentence: I will call you before the meeting starts.

• ​ভবিষ্যতকালের দুটি কাজ before দ্বারা যুক্ত হলে before এর পূর্বে future indefinite/perfect tense হয় এবং before এর পরে present indefinite tense হয়।
​- অর্থাৎ, যদি before দ্বারা যুক্ত প্রথম clauseটি future indefinite tense এ হয়, তবে পরের clause টিতে present indefinite tense হবে।
- যেমন: I will call you before the meeting starts.
​- প্রদত্ত বাক্যে before এর পূর্বে future indefinite আছে, তাই এর পরে present indefinite tense (starts) হবে।

​আবার,
- অতীতের ​দুইটি clause যদি before দ্বারা যুক্ত থাকে তাহলে before এর পূর্বের clause টিতে verb এর past perfect এবং পরের clause টিতে past indefinite tense হয়।
- যেমন: We had reached the school before the bell rang.

Correct answer: They will be hosting the event next Saturday.
- যখন ভবিষ্যতে কোনো কাজ চলতে থাকবে, এমন বোঝানো হয়, তখন এই Tense ব্যবহৃত হয়।

• Future Continuous Tense:
- ভবিষ্যৎকালে কোন কাজ চলতে থাকবে এরূপ বোঝালে Future continuous tense হয়।
- Structure: Subject + shall be/ will be + verb + ing + ext.

• Examples:
- He will not be attending classes tomorrow.
- My parents will be visiting us for the holidays

Other options:
ক)I will not give you a pen.
- Future Indefinite Tense.

খ) He has read various kinds of books.
- Present Perfect Tense.

গ) She will have cooked dinner by six o'clock.
- Future Perfect Tense.

◉ Complete Sentence: My bi-cycle will have been repaired by next Friday. 
- কোনো sentence এ By this time, By (time, month, year), Next (time, month, year) ইত্যাদি থাকলে, এর দ্বারা ভবিষ্যৎ কালে কোন কিছু ঘটবে এমন বুঝায়। তখন verb -এর future perfect tense হয়।
- প্রশ্নে উল্লিখিত বাক্যে 'by next Friday' থাকায়, এখানেও Future Perfect tense ব্যবহৃত হবে। 

Future Perfect tense: 
- Future perfect তখনই ব্যবহার করা হয় যখন আমরা future এ কোন একটা specific time এর আগে কাজটা শেষ হবে সেটা বোঝাতে চাই। এর জন্য সাধারণত 'by' preposition টা ব্যবহার করা হয়। যেমন: by tomorrow, by next week, by 2025 ইত্যাদি।

• Active Future Perfect এর structure হল:
Subject + will/shall + have + verb এর past participle form (V₃)
Example - She will have reached Dhaka by tonight.
(সে আজ রাতের মধ্যে ঢাকায় পৌঁছে যাবে।)

• Passive Future Perfect এর structure হল:
Subject + will/shall + have + been + verb এর past participle form (V₃)
Example - All the tickets will have been sold by evening.
(সন্ধ্যার মধ্যে সব টিকেট বিক্রি হয়ে যাবে।)

• Complete sentence: We will arrive before the sun rises.

• ​ভবিষ্যতকালের দুটি কাজ before দ্বারা যুক্ত হলে before এর পূর্বে future indefinite/perfect tense হয় এবং before এর পরে present indefinite tense হয়।
​- অর্থাৎ, যদি before দ্বারা যুক্ত প্রথম clauseটি future indefinite tense এ হয়, তবে পরের clause টিতে present indefinite tense হবে।
- যেমন: We will arrive before the sun rises.
​- প্রদত্ত বাক্যে before এর পূর্বে future indefinite আছে, তাই এর পরে present indefinite tense (rises) হবে।

​আবার,
- ​দুইটি clause যদি before দ্বারা যুক্ত থাকে তাহলে before এর পূর্বের clause টিতে verb এর past perfect এবং পরের clause টিতে past indefinite tense হয়।
- যেমন: We had reached the school before the bell rang.
