• Active voice থেকে passive voice করার নিয়ম:
- Active voice এর object টি passive voice এর subject হয়।
-Tense অনুযায়ী auxiliary verb বসে।
- তারপর মূল verb এর past participle হয়।
- Active voice এর subject টি passive voice এর object হয়।
- তার পূর্বে preposition (by, at, to, in) বসে।

• Past Indefinite Tense এর active voice কে passive voice এ রূপান্তর করার সময় was/were + verb এর Past Participle বসে।
• Need, see, bid, dare, make, hear, feel, let, know, behold, watch প্রভৃতি verb গুলোর পর Active Voice-এ to উহ্য থাকে।
- তবে passive করার সময় তাদের পরে to বসে।

- নিয়মানুযায়ী,
Active: They saw the dog run away.
Passive: The dog was seen to run away by them.

Active: I saw her cross the road.
Passive: She was seen to cross the road by me.

অন্য options ভুল:

ক) She was being seen to cross the road by me.
- continuous sense দেয়, যা এখানে ঠিক নয়।

গ) She was seen to be cross the road by me.
- grammatically ভুল, কারণ “to be cross the road” ব্যবহার হয় না।

ঘ) She was seen cross the road by me.
- 'to' missing, passive-এ 'to' অবশ্যই লাগবে।
