- "or" ব্যবহারে অর্থ হয় - নিয়মিত ব্যায়াম করো নয়তো ফিট থাকো।
- যা মূল বাক্যের অর্থের সাথে মেলে না।

- "but" ব্যবহার অনর্থক কারণ এখানে কোনো বিপরীত ধারণা নেই।

- ব্যাকরণগতভাবে ভুল।
- “and should stay fit” এর আগে subject নেই।
