Complex থেকে Compound করার ক্ষেত্রে,

- এটা Compound Sentence যেখানে দুটি স্বাধীন বাক্য "but" দ্বারা যুক্ত।
- অর্থ: সে বলল, কিন্তু সে ক্লান্ত ছিল।
- এখানে বিরোধ বা বিপরীত ভাব বোঝানো হয়েছে।
- বাক্যটি অপ্রাসঙ্গিক।

গ) She was tired that she said this.
- ভুল বাক্য।
- "that" এখানে যুক্ত করার নিয়ম ঠিক হয়নি, অর্থ বোঝা যায় না।
- ভুল ব্যাকরণ ও অর্থপূর্ণ নয়।

ঘ) That she was tired and she said it.
- এটা অসম্পূর্ণ বা ভুল বাক্য।
