• There is one paragraph in a paragraph.
- Paragraph হলো এমন একটি ক্ষুদ্র রচনা যার মধ্যে একটি মাত্র, idea বা theme থাকে।

• তাছাড়া Paragraph এ সাধারণত তিনটি অংশ থাকে।
• Topic Sentence: 
- একটি Paragraph এর প্রধান idea বা theme যে বাক্যের দ্বারা প্রকাশিত হয় তাকে topic sentence বলে।
- Topic Sentence সাধারণত কোনো Paragraph এর শুরুতে লেখা হয়। 
- Topic Sentence এ অবশ্যই একটি Controlling Idea থাকবে যা Paragraph এর বাকি অংশ Control করে।

• Body:
- প্রথম sentence- এর পর থেকে শেষ sentence এর আগ পর্যন্ত পুরো অংশটাকে parragraph এর body বলা যায়।
- এতে এমন সব বাক্যসমষ্টি থাকে যা paragraph এর মূল idea বা theme কে উপস্থাপিত করে।

• Terminator:
- এটাকে paragraph এর সমাপ্তি, উপসংহার বলে। এটি দিয়ে Paragraph শেষ হয়।
- অর্থাৎ একটি সার্থক সমাপ্তিসূচক sentence কে বলা হয় Terminator.

• Suffix: 
- Word এর মূল (root) অংশের এর ডান পাশে বা শেষে যে বর্ণ বা বর্ণগুচ্ছ যুক্ত হয় তাকে Suffix বলে। 
- ate, en, able, ful, ist ইত্যাদি Suffix হিসেবে ব্যবহৃত হয়।
 
• "-ist"
- Meaning: used to form adjectives and nouns that describe (a person with) a particular set of beliefs or way of behaving.
Example: a feminist, a sexist.

Options,
ক) Actist: Wrong word. 'Actist' কোন শব্দ নেই, তাই "-ist" এর এই ব্যবহারটি ভুল।

খ) Anarchist: a person who believes in anarchism.

গ) Humanist: a person who believes in humanism (= the idea that people do not need a god or religion to satisfy their spiritual and emotional needs).

ঘ) Psychologist: someone who studies the human mind and human emotions and behaviour, and how different situations have an effect on people.

• Prefix:
- Word এর মূল (root) অংশের এর বাম পাশে বা প্রথমে যে বর্ণ বা বর্ণগুচ্ছ যুক্ত হয় তাকে Prefix বলে।
- Im-, Un-, In-, Over-, Dis-, Re- ইত্যাদি Prefix হিসেবে ব্যবহৃত হয়।

Meaning: opposed to or against.
Example: anti-environmentalist, anti-regulatory.

• RSVP is an initialism derived from the French phrase 'Répondez s'il vous plaît,'
- It means ''Please respond'' to require confirmation of an invitation.

• Invitation letter এ প্রায়ই RSVP কথাটি দেখতে পাওয়া যায়।
- এটি একটি French Phrase-এর abbreviation.
- এর অর্থ হলো Please respond / please reply.
- এটি মূলত একটি লিখিত আমন্ত্রণের শেষে ব্যবহার করা হয়।
- এটি ব্যবহারের উদ্দেশ্য হচ্ছে - যাদের আমন্ত্রণ জানানো হয়েছে, তারা আসছে কি আসছে না সে সম্পর্কে যেনো প্রাপক কে অভিহিত করে দেয়া হয়।

- একটি Formal/ Official Letter/ Application এর ৬টি অংশ থাকে।

যথা -
1. Heading: Date, Designation (পদবী) & Address of the Recipient.
2. Salutation (সম্বোধন): যেমন- Dear Sir/ Madam.
3. Body (মূল বক্তব্য),
4. The Subscription: যেমন- Yours faithfully/ I remain, Sir.
5. Signature of the Writer.
6. Superscription: Detailed Designation & Address on the Envelope.

• Letter দুই প্রকার।
যথা -
i) Informal Letter : যা ব্যক্তিগতভাবে আত্মীয়স্বজন বা বন্ধুবান্ধবের কাছে পাঠানো হয়।
ii) Formal Letter: Official বা Business সংক্রান্ত চিঠিপত্র।
যেমন - Application, Memorandum ইত্যাদি।

• Narcissist:
English meaning: someone who has too much admiration for himself or herself.
Bangla meaning: স্বকামী ব্যক্তি।
