- 1500 থেকে 1660 পর্যন্ত সময়কালকে ইংরেজী সাহিত্যে The Renaissance Period হিসেবে ধরা হয়ে থাকে।
- যদিও Renaissance যুগের সূচনা হয় 1453 সালে কিন্তু ইংরেজী সাহিত্যে এর প্রভাব পরে 1500 এর পর থেকে।
