বাংলা ভাষায় ব্যবহৃত নিজেস্ব উপসর্গকে খাঁটি বাংলা উপসর্গ বলা হয়। খাঁটি বাংলা উপসর্গ ২১ টি।
যথা: অ, অঘা, অজ, অনা, আ, আড়, আন, আব, ইতি, ঊন (ঊনা), কদ, কু, নি, পাতি, বি, ভর, রাম, স, সা, সু, হা।

[বাংলা উপসর্গের মধ্যে আ, সু, বি, নি এই চারটি উপসর্গ তৎসম শব্দেও পাওয়া যায়।]
