• প্রদত্ত প্রশ্নে, সমানুপাতিক হ্রাস বা বৃদ্ধির কথা বলা হয়েছে।
- হ্রাস বা বৃদ্ধির ক্ষেত্রে parallelism ( সমান্তরাল) নীতি মানতে হয়। 

• সমানুপাতিক বৃদ্ধি বা হ্রাস প্রকাশের ক্ষেত্রে,
- the + adjective এর comparative degree + clause + the + adjective এর comparative degree + clause হয়।

• Double Comparative degree এর ব্যবহার অনুযায়ী সঠিক উত্তর-
- The richer he gets, the more he has friends.

• Island এর plural হচ্ছে- archipelago.
- অনেক গুলো Island মিলে একটি archipelago হয়।

• অন্য অপশন গুলোর মধ্যে -
• Isle এর অর্থ ছোট দ্বীপ।
- Isle এর plural- isles.

• Peninsula হচ্ছে উপদ্বীপ।
- এর plural হচ্ছে peninsulae.

- অনেকগুলো দেশ নিয়ে একটি continent (মহাদেশ) হয়।

• অপশনে উল্লিখিত শব্দগুলোর মধ্যে -

• exactly- নির্ভুলভাবে, নিখুঁত।
- কত লোক দেখছে অলিম্পিক তা নির্ভুলভাবে জানা অসম্ভব, তাই এটি ভুল।

• usually- সাধারণত।
- অলিম্পিক সবসময় একটা নির্দিষ্ট পরিমান মানুষ দেখে না।
- তাই এটা ভুল উত্তর।
-তাছাড়া, অতীতকালের ঘটনার ক্ষেত্রে usually ব্যবহার করা অনুচিত। 

•truly- আসলেই, নির্ভুলভাবে।
- কত লোক অলিম্পিক দেকছে তা আসলেই বা নির্ভুলভাবে জানা অসম্ভব, তাই এটি ভুল।

• literally- জোর প্রদানের অর্থে।

• billions of people এবং all over the world দুটিই জোর প্রদানের জন্য ব্যবহৃত হয় এবং সেই অর্থ প্রকাশ করছে। 
- তাই এদের ক্ষেত্রে literally ব্যবহার করাই যোক্তিক।

• Subject+ verb+ object+ relative pronoun ( who/ which/ that)+ যুক্ত complex sentence কে simple করার নিয়ম-

- প্রদত্ত sentence টির প্রথম থেকে relative pronoun ( who, which, that) এর পূর্ব পর্যন্ত বসে +
- relative pronoun টি উঠে যায় +
- relative pronoun এরপরে সাহায্যকারী ক্রিয়া থাকলে উঠে যায় +
- পরে যে মূল verb থাকে সেই মূল verb এর present form এর সাথে ing যোগ করতে হয় +
- বাকী অংশ বসে।

complex: The writer lived in a cabin that belonged to the orphanage.
simple: The writer lived in a cabin belonging to the orphanage.

সুতরাং সঠিক উত্তর হবে- He gave me an expensive dress.

• এখানে, Break in এর অর্থ হচ্ছে - কথার মাঝখানে বাধা দিয়ে কথা বলা। 
- To interrupt when someone else is talking.
- এখানে complete sentence টা হবে- As she was talking, he suddenly broke in, saying, 'That's a lie!'

• break off- বিচ্ছিন্ন করা।
• break down- ভেঙ্গে পরা।
• break into- কোন কিছু ভেঙ্গে বলপূর্বক প্রবেশ করা।
সুতরাং সঠিক উত্তর হচ্ছে - break in.

- প্রথমে very few বসে +
- Superlative degree এর পরের অংশ বসে +
- verb এর plural form বসে +
- so বসে +
- superlative degree এর  positive form বসে +
- as বসে +
- প্রদত্ত sentence এর subject বসে।

Rules অনুযায়ী সঠিক উত্তরঃ very few men in the world were so bad as he.

• Comparative বা তুলনার ক্ষেত্রে as/than এরপরে: 
- পূর্ববর্তী singular noun এর পরিবর্তে that of হয়।
- এবং পূর্ববর্তী plural noun এর পরিবর্তে those of হয়।
- তাই, সঠিক উত্তর The facilities of the older hospitals are as good as or better than those of the new hospital.

• উল্লেখিত প্রশ্নে 'A person who pretends to be ill in order to avoid having to work' can be termed as- Malingerer.

• Cut off- বিচ্ছিন্ন করা।
• Cut out- বাদ দেওয়া।

- অর্থাৎ- কোন ক্ষুদ্র শাসকগোষ্ঠীর দ্বারা পুরো দেশকে শাসন করাকে ' Oligarchy' বলে।

• Option গুলোর অর্থঃ 
- Close: বন্ধ করা।
- Open: খোলা।
- Start: শুরু হওয়া।
- Stop: থামানো।

• শূন্যস্থানে close বসিয়ে বাক্যের অর্থ- সূর্য অস্ত যাওয়ার আধা ঘন্টা আগে শিশুপার্ক বন্ধ করা হয়।
- আর stop, start শব্দগুলো বাক্যের সাথে যায় না ।

• যে সব sentence এ একটি principal clause ও একটি subordinate clause থাকে তাকে complex sentence বলে।
- কমপক্ষে দুইটি subject এবং দুইটি finite verb থাকবে।
- যেমনঃ When he was sleeping, mina came.

• Complex sentence এ conjunction বা connector হিসেবে ব্যবহৃত হয় :

- As If, If, Though, Although, after, before.
- Where, when, while, who, how, that, lest.
- Unless, in order that, untill, because.
- Since, so that.
প্রদত্ত বাক্যে connector হিসেবে who ব্যবহৃত হয়েছে এবং একটি principal clause ও একটি subordinate clause আছে।
তাই এটি complex sentence.

• এখানে control over হবে সঠিক উত্তর।
- Control over এর অর্থ: নিয়ন্ত্রন করা। 
- Complete sentence: He has no control over himself.
- বাক্যে, ব্যক্তির নিজের উপর নিয়ন্ত্রন নাই , তাই control over ব্যবহৃত হবে।

• তাছাড়া,
- Control of: কোন ব্যবসা বা প্রতিষ্ঠানের নিয়ন্ত্রন বোঝাতে ব্যবহৃত হয়।
- Control on: কোন বস্তু বা ডিভাইসের উপর নিয়ন্ত্রন বোঝাতে।
- Control at: কোন স্থানের বা জায়গার উপর নিয়ন্ত্রন আছে বোঝাতে control at ব্যবহৃত হয়।

- প্রথম subject প্রথমেই + verb + superlative এর comparative form + than all other + বাকি অংশ। 

- সুতরাং নিয়মানুযায়ী -
