ঘ) It would have been better = ভালো হতো। এ হিসেবে সঠিক উত্তর (ঘ) মনে হয়।

তথাপি  উত্তরের শেষের অংশে ভুল আছে। কারণ মূল Clause এ Sub + would + have + PP থাকলে If Clause টা Past Perfect Tense হয় (if you have given it to me earlier)।
অর্থাৎ, সম্পূর্ণ বাক্যটি - It would have been better if you have given it to me earlier.
তাই প্রশ্নটি বাতিল করা হলো।
