• Exclamatory: Had I the patience of a monk!
• Assertive: I wish I had the patience of a monk.

• Exclamatory sentence যদি If, were, would, could, that, had ইত্যাদি দ্বারা শুরু হয়, তাহলে Assertive Sentence এ রূপান্তরিত করার সময় -
- প্রথমে ঐ Word-গুলাের পরিবর্তে 'I wish' ব্যবহৃত হয়।
- তারপর subject + verb + বাকি অংশ বসে।
-  সব শেষে Note of exclamation mark-এর বদলে Full stop ব্যবহৃত হয়।
• Structure:  Subject + wish + Subject + had + verb + বাকি অংশ + Full stop.

যেমন:
Exclamatory: Had I the wings of a bird!
Assertive: I wish I had the wings of a bird.

Exclamatory: Had I the vision of an eagle! 
Assertive I wish I had the vision of an eagle.

Positive degree: No other city in Bangladesh is as busy as Chittagong.
Comparative degree: Chittagong is busier than any other city in Bangladesh.

• No other যুক্ত positive Degree কে Comparative Degree তে রুপান্তর করার নিয়ম:
- প্রদত্ত sentence এর শেষের subject + verb + positive degree এর comparative form + than any other + no other এর পর থেকে verb এর পূর্ব পর্যন্ত।
- Comparative degree তে সবচেয়ে বড় বুঝাতে than any other বা than all other ব্যবহৃত হয়। 
- Than all other এরপর plural noun বসে এবং than any other এর পর singular noun বসে।

• Example:
Positive degree: No other wood burns as pretty as it.
Comparative degree: It burns prettier than any other wood.

• সুতরাং, নিয়মানুযায়ী সঠিক উত্তর - Chittagong is busier than any other city in Bangladesh.
- এখানে busy এর comparative হচ্ছে busier.

Active voice: She has made the pie.
Passive voice: The pie has been made by her.

- “She has made the pie.” - এই বাক্যটি present perfect tense এবং assertive sentence -এ আছে।
- Present perfect tense - এ থাকা assertive sentence -এর active voice - কে passive voice করার নিয়ম হলো -

• Active voice- এর object হবে passive voice - এর subject.
- তারপর Tense অনুযায়ী auxiliary verb বসবে এবং মূল verb - এর past participle বসবে।
- তারপর preposition (by, with, to, at, in etc. বসবে)।
- এরপর active voice- এর subject টি passive voice - এর object হবে; (objective ফর্ম বসবে)।
- এখানে preposition - by যোগে active voice- এর subject ‘she’ - এর objective ফর্ম her বসেছে।

•তাই নিয়ম অনুসারে সঠিক passive form হবে - The pie has been made by her.

• Reprobate (noun)
English Meaning: A person of bad character and habits.
Bangla Meaning: অনুমোদন লাভে ব্যর্থ ব্যক্তি; নৈতিক চরিত্রের কারণে অশ্রদ্ধেয় ব্যক্তি।

Synonyms: Rascal (অসৎ ব্যক্তি; দুর্বৃত্ত), Scoundrel (বদমাশ; দুর্বৃত্ত), Sinner (পাপী; পাপিষ্ঠ), Rogue (দূর্বৃত্ত), Villain (ভিলেন)।

• Everybody +verb কে কয়েকভাবে Negative করা যায়:
1. There is nobody + who + negative verb (প্রশ্নে উল্লিখিত ‘hate’ verb-এর বিপরীতে verb like বসবে। )
- There is nobody who likes deceit.

2. Every এর পরিবর্তে There is no বসে + every এর পরের শব্দটি বসে + but + প্রদত্ত sentence এর বাকি অংশ।
- There is nobody but hates deceit.

3. Nobody + Opposite verb
- Negative করতে হলে everybody- এর negative nobody এবং প্রশ্নে উল্লিখিত ‘hate’ verb-এর বিপরীতে verb like বসবে। 
- Tense, Person ও Number অনুযায়ী s যোগ করে likes করা হয়েছে। 
- Nobody likes a liar.

• Adjective + noun  যুক্ত Simple sentence কে complex করার নিয়ম:

- Article বসে।
- Adjective এর পরের noun টি বসে।
- relative pronoun who/ which/ that বসে।
- tense অনুযায়ী সাহায্যকারী verb বসে।
- Adjective টি বসে।
- প্রদত্ত noun টির শেষ পর্যন্ত বসে।

Simple: A fraudulent boy suffers in life.
Complex: The boy who is fraudulent suffers in life.

• Quintessential (quin·tes·sen·tial) (adjective)
English Meaning: representing the most perfect or typical example of a quality or class.
Bangla Meaning: কোনো কিছুর সর্বোত্তম বা সবচেয়ে নিখুঁত উদাহরণ।

Example Sentence:
1. Rabindranath Tagore is the quintessential poet of Bengali literature.
2. The Eiffel Tower is the quintessential symbol of Paris.

Active Voice: Nobody trusts a turncoat.
Passive Voice: A turncoat is not trusted by anybody.

• Active থেকে Passive করতে হলে,
- Active Voice এর Subject – Passive Voice- এ Object হয়।
- Active Voice এর Object – Passive Voice এ- Subject হয়।
- অতিরিক্ত be verb বসে এবং মূল Verb এর Past Participle বসে।
- Object এর আগে by বসে।

More Example:
Active Voice: No one believes a deceiver.
Passive Voice: A deceiver is not believed by anyone.

• The word "Refractory" means - Stubborn and resistant.

• Refractory (adjective)
English Meaning: Difficult to control; unwilling to obey.
Bangla Meaning:
(১) একগুঁয়ে; অবাধ্য: as refractory as a mule; (রোগব্যাধি) দুশ্চিকিৎস্য; দুরারোগ্য।
(২) (পদার্থ, বিশেষত ধাতু) গলানো বা শিল্পের উপকরণরূপে ব্যবহার করতে দুরূহ এমন; দুর্গল; অবশ্য।

Example Sentence:
1. A refractory child is very hard to control.
2. The patient died of refractory heart failure one month later.

3. The patient was given multiple antibiotics, but his refractory infection remained resistant to treatment.
4. The manager struggled to handle the refractory employees who refused to follow company policies.

Superlative: LeBron James is one of the most talented athletes.

• Positive to superlative:
• Positive কে superlative করতে হলে চারটি কাজ করতে হয়:
1. Subject- Object হয়, Object - Subject হয়।
2. Affirmative -Negative হয়, Negative- Affirmative হয়।
3. Degree change হয়।
4. Indicator Change হয় (as... as/ so....as --> than).

• So that যুক্ত complex কে simple করার নিয়ম:

- প্রদত্ত sentence এর প্রথম থেকে so এর পূর্ব পর্যন্ত বসে,
- so থেকে many/might/can/could পর্যন্ত উঠে যায়,
- to বসে,
- প্রদত্ত sentence এর বাকি অংশ বসে।

Complex: He worked hard so that he could flourish in life.
Simple: He worked hard to flourish in life.
