Pick a quarrel with somebody মানে কারো সাথে ঝগড়া করা, যা এই বাক্যের মাঝে সঙ্গতিপূর্ণ।
তাই প্রশ্নে উল্লেখিত অপশনে picked up বা picked on থাকায় সেগুলো উত্তর হিসেবে গণ্য হবে না।

বিশ্ব বাণিজ্য সংস্থা (WTO)
WTO এর পূর্ণরূপ World Trade Organization বা বিশ্ব বাণিজ্য সংস্থা। ব্রেটন উডস সম্মেলনের সুপারিশ মোতাবেক ১৯৪৭ সালে General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) গঠিত হয়।
জেনেভাতে GATT গঠনকালে ২৩টি দেশ তা প্রথম অনুমোদন করে এবং ১ জানুয়ারি, ১৯৪৮ সালে GATT চুক্তি কার্যকরের মাধ্যমে এই বৈশ্বিক বানিজ্যিক সংগঠনের কার্যক্রম শুরু হয়। আনুষ্ঠানিক ভাবে GATT প্রতিষ্ঠার তারিখ তাই - ১ জানুয়ারি, ১৯৪৮ সাল।
⤇ WTO - কোন নির্দিষ্ট পণ্যের আমদানি-রপ্তানির ক্ষেত্রে সৃষ্ট সমস্যার ফলে কোন দেশ ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ হলে তার ক্ষতি পোষানোর জন্য ব্যবস্থা গ্রহন করা।
