Ode হলো কোরাস গান।

নারী-পুরুষভেদে পৃথক পৃথক কোরাসদল গঠিত হতে পারে, আবার সম্মিলিতভাবেও হতে পারে। সম্মিলিতভাবে গঠিত কোরাসদলকে বলে মিশ্রকণ্ঠ কোরাস। দুটি সম্পূর্ণ কোরাস যখন একত্রে প্রযুক্ত হয় তখন তাকে বলা হয় ডাবল কোরাস।

বাংলাদেশে প্রধানত দেশাত্মবোধক গানের ক্ষেত্রেই কোরাস বা বৃন্দগানের বিশেষ প্রয়োগ দেখা যায়। বৃন্দগানকে গায়ক ও সহযোগী যন্ত্রবাদকদের সংখ্যা অনুযায়ী চার শ্রেণীতে ভাগ করা হয়েছে, যথা উত্তমবৃন্দ, মধ্যমবৃন্দ, কনিষ্ঠবৃন্দ এবং কোলাহল। বৃন্দগানের আবেদনকে হূদয়গ্রাহী করার জন্য মেলোডির পাশাপাশি হারমনি সুরও ব্যবহূত হয়।
