• As soon as যুক্ত sentence কে Negative করতে হলে:
• Structure:
- As soon as এর জায়গায় no sooner had বসবে,
- প্রদত্ত Sentence এর কর্তা বসে ,
- সে Sentence এর মূল verb এর past participle form বসে,
-  sentence এর বাকী অংশ বসে + than + দ্বিতীয় বাক্য অপরিবর্তিত ভাবে বসে।

• Affirmative: As soon as he saw the tiger, he ran away.
• Negative: No sooner had he seen the Tiger than he ran away.

• Perfect Participle যুক্ত Simple Sentence কে Compound Sentence এ পরিবর্তনের নিয়ম:
- প্রথমে Subject বসে,
- Perfect Participle এর past Perfect form বসে,
- and বসে,
- বাকী অংশ বসে।

Simple: Having forgotten him, I went out.
Compound: I had forgotten him and went out.

Simple Sentence: Having prepared the meal, she set the table.
Compound Sentence: She had prepared the meal and set the table.

- এ বাক্যে Perfect Participle হচ্ছে - Having prepared.

• One of the যুক্ত Superlative Degree কে Positive Degree করার নিয়ম:
- Very few বসে।
- Superlative Adjective এর পর থেকে বাকি অংশ বসে।
- Verb এর Plural form বসবে।
- As/So + Superlative Adjective positive form + As
- প্রদত্ত Sentence এর Subject বসে।

Superlative: Iron is one of the most useful metals.
Positive: Very few metals are as useful as iron.

• Wizard হচ্ছে masculine gender.

• Colt হচ্ছে masculine gender.
Meaning: অশ্বশাবক।
Feminine gender হবে Filly.

• Information, scenery, machinery, advice, furniture, news, wages (পরিণাম), hair, alphabet, luggage, politics, physics, economics, poetry, The United States of America ইত্যাদি সব সময় singular হিসেবে ব্যবহৃত হবে।
- আর singular হওয়ার কারণে verb ও singular হবে অর্থাৎ is হবে।

- "Furnitures" শব্দটি ভুল, কারণ "furniture" uncountable noun, এবং এর plural (বহুবচন) ব্যবহৃত হয় না। এছাড়া, "is" এর জায়গায় "are" হওয়া উচিত ছিল না, কারণ "furniture" singular, তাই "is" ব্যবহার হবে।

গ) The furniture in the living room are very modern.
- এখানে "are" verb ভুল, কারণ "furniture" singular, তাই verb হবে "is".

ঘ) The furnitures in the living room are very modern.
- "Furnitures" শব্দটি ভুল, "furniture" এর plural ব্যবহৃত হয় না। সঠিক বাক্য হবে "The furniture in the living room is very modern."

• একই দৈর্ঘ্য, পরিমাণ, বা স্থান বুঝালে Subject plural হলেও verb টি singular হবে।
- Ten thousand dollars / Fifty miles/ Fifty minutes ইত্যাদি যদি একক time, money, distance কে বুঝায় তাহলে সেটি সবসময় singular হয়।

- Twenty-five dollars is too much to pay for that shirt.
- Two miles is too much to run in one day.

• Subject-verb agreement এর নিয়মানুসারে,
- The verb in a sentence should agree in number and person with the subject. 
- অর্থাৎ subject যদি singular হয় ও third person এ থাকে (like "The girl"), তাহলে verb ও singular form এ থাকবে, specifically, third person singular form এ।

• যেহেতু 'The girl' third person singular form এ তাই verb ও singular form এ থাকবে plays.

• Mitigate (verb-transitive)
English Meaning: To make something less severe or less unpleasant.
Bangla Meaning: তীব্রতা, প্রচণ্ডতা বা বেদনা হ্রাস করা; উপশমিত করা।

Synonyms: Reduce (কমানো; হ্রাস করা), Soothe (শান্ত বা প্রশমিত করা), Relieve (স্বস্তি দেওয়া), Extenuate (গুরুত্ব হ্রাস করা), Palliate (প্রশমন করা)।

• Article এর নিয়মানুযায়ী, 
- দুটি noun and দ্বারা যুক্ত হয়ে একই ব্যক্তি বা বস্তুকে নির্দেশ করলে কেবল মাত্র প্রথম noun টির পূর্বে the বসে।
- কিন্তু যদি noun দুটি দ্বারা ভিন্ন ভিন্ন ব্যক্তি বা বস্তুকে বোঝায় তবে উভয় noun এর পূর্বে the বসে।

• একই ব্যক্তিকে নির্দেশ করছে নাকি ভিন্ন ভিন্ন ব্যক্তিকে সেটা বোঝার সহজ উপায় হচ্ছে - দুইটি subject/ noun এর পরের verb টির দিকে লক্ষ্য রাখা।

• উল্লিখিত And দ্বারা যুক্ত বাক্যে দুটি ভিন্ন ভিন্ন ব্যক্তিকে বোঝাচ্ছে কারণ এখানে verb টি plural.
- যদি noun দুটি দ্বারা ভিন্ন ভিন্ন ব্যক্তি বা বস্তুকে বোঝায় তবে উভয় noun এর পূর্বে the বসে।

Correct sentence: She’s looking forward to spending more time with her family over the holidays.

• Use of Look forward:
- Looking forward এরপর to + verb + ing বসে।

Example:
- I am looking forward to receiving your letter.
- I am looking forward to seeing you.
- My friend is looking forward to going to London.

• বাক্যে mind, cannot help, could not help, with a view to, look forward to, be used to, get used to, worth ইত্যাদির পর কোনাে Verb আসলে উক্ত Verb - এর সাথে ing যুক্ত হয়।
যেমন:
- He came to Dhaka with a view to visiting a new place.
- Would you mind closing the door?
- I don't mind taking a cup of tea.
- He cannot help laughing out loud.

• Agree/ be anxious/ arrange/ determine/ be determined/ decide/ demand + infinitive + object যুক্ত Active voice কে passive করার নিয়ম:

- প্রদত্ত Active voice এর subject ও verb বসবে।
- that বসবে।

- should be বসবে।
- infinitive এর পরের verb এর past participle বসবে।

Active: Proma decided to sell the house.
Passive: Proma decided that the house should be sold.

Active: They agreed to sign the contract.
Passive: They agreed that the contract should be signed.
