Before, wherever, while, till, until দ্বারা advervial clause of time শুরু হয়।
এছাড়াও প্রদত্ত বাক্যে ‘till the signal was given’ clause টি verb ‘wait’ কে modify করছে। তাই clause টি adverbial clause.

Add insult to injury = to worsen an unfavorable situation = প্রতিকূল পরিস্থিতিকে আরো খারাপ করে দেওয়া, বোঝার উপর শাঁকের আঁটি।

• He works hard so that he can prosper in life. - Adverb clause of purpose.
• The more you read, the more you learn. - Adverb Clause of Comparison.
• I can work better than he does. - Adverb Clause of Comparison.
• Wherever you go, I will find you out. - Adverb Clause of Place

• Simple sentence এ to অথবা in order to থাকলে Compound sentence এ and so/and so/ and therefore বসাতে হয়।
- এক্ষেত্রে Clause গুলো উল্টে যাবে এবং প্রথম Clause এ ‘want to’ যোগ হবে।
- সে অনুসারে প্রদত্ত বাক্যের সঠিক compound form হবে - They wanted to increase productivity and so they bought a new machine.

• Simple sentence এ “besides being” থাকলে compound sentence এ “not only..….but also” structure ব্যবহার করে compound sentence টি গঠন করতে হয়।
- সুতরাং সঠিক বাক্যটি হবে - He is not only a hard-working day-labourer but also a student of Dhaka University.

According to the Oxford Dictionary, in the teeth of means directly against.

Verb সংঘটিত হওয়ার বিপরীতধর্মী কোন কিছু হওয়া বা করা বুঝালে adverb clause of Supposition/ Concession/ Contrast হয়।
এখানে যেহেতু বৈপরিত্য প্রকাশ করছে তাই এটি Adverb Clause of Contrast হবে।

• Despite/ in spite of/ notwithstanding যুক্ত Simple Sentence কে Compound করতে হলে --
1) Despite/ in spite of/ notwithstanding যুক্ত Phrase টাকে Clause বানিয়ে বাক্যের শুরুতে বসাতে হবে।
- এ Clause টা বসানোর সময় অন্য Clause টার Tense কে অনুসরণ করতে হবে।
- অন্য Clause টা Past Tense হলে এটাও Past Tense হবে। 
2) এরপর Conjunction- but বসবে। 
3) অন্য Clause টা বসবে।
- নিয়মানুযায়ী সঠিক উত্তর হবে - He had all the facilities but he was not satisfied with the job.

• Be glad to see the back of = কেউ চলে যাওয়াতে খুশি হওয়া = Be happy when a person leaves.

'Were I a rich man' এই অংশ দ্বারা verb সংঘটিত হওয়ার শর্ত বুঝাচ্ছে, তাই এটি adverb clause of condition.

• simple sentence টি দ্বারা সময় নির্দেশ করলে when যুক্ত করে complex করতে হবে।
এখানে at twenty দ্বারা বুঝাচ্ছে ২০ বছর বয়সে।

- তাই সঠিক উত্তর - He came here when he was twenty.

Oxford Dictionary অনুসারে,
'Worth one's salt' = Good or competent at the job or profession specified.
সুতরাং, এখানে ঘ) a valuable employee বেশি যুক্তিযুক্ত।

অর্থ ও গঠন অনুসারে সঠিক উত্তর ক)

খ) অপশনে it is 'divine' ব্যবহার করার কারণে বাক্যের অর্থ পরিবর্তন হয়ে যাচ্ছে তাই এটি ভুল।
গ) অপশন সম্পূর্ণ ভিন্ন অর্থ প্রকাশ করছে তাই এটিও ভুল।
ঘ) অপশনে compound sentence এর structure অনুসৃত হয়েছে বিধায় এটিও সঠিক নয়।
