→ বাক্যে 'vigilantly' শব্দটি হচ্ছে- Adverb.
→ উক্ত বাক্যে verb হচ্ছে 'patrolled' আর সিকিউরিটি গার্ডরা কীভাবে নিরাপত্তা দিয়েছিল বুঝালে "vigilantly = সতর্কভাবে" বোঝায়।
→ এখানে, vigilantly = adverb, patrolled = verb- কে modify করেছে।
→ অর্থাৎ, যে word কোনো verb- কে modify করে, তাকে Adverb বলে।
