And যুক্ত Compound Sentence এর উভয় অংশের Subject যদি একই হয় এবং প্রথম sentence দ্বারা কারণ বুঝায়,
তাহলে Simple Sentence এ রূপান্তর করার নিয়ম:
- প্রথমে Because of বসে +
- প্রথম Sentence এর subject এর possessive form বসে +
- be verb এর পরিবুরতে being বা have verb এর পরিবর্তে having বা মূল verb এর সাথে ing যোগ করতে হয় +
- প্রথম sentence এর বাকী অংশ বসে +
- and এর পরিবর্তে (,) বসে +
- দ্বিতীয় Sentence টি বসে।
Compound: He has money and he can buy a car.
Simple: Because of his having money, he can buy a car.

Bangla Meaning: অন্যায়ভাবে

And যুক্ত Compound Sentence এর একটি clause যদি অন্যটির কারণ বা সময় নির্দেশ করে তবে তাকে Complex করার নিয়ম:
- Sentence এর প্রথমে since/as/when বসে +
- প্রথম Sentence বসে +
- and এর পরিবর্তে comma(,) বসে +
- দ্বিতীয় sentence বসে।
Structure: Since/As/When + প্রথম Sentence + and এর পরিবর্তে comma(,) + দ্বিতীয় sentence.
Compound: The man was poor and could not taste the food.
Complex: Since the man was poor, he could not taste the food.

- প্রথমে Without বসে +
- প্রথম বাক্যের মূল verb এর সাথে ing যোগ হয় +
- ক্রিয়ার পরের অংশ বসে +
- or এর পরিবর্তে (,) বসে +
- দ্বিতীয় বাক্য বসে।
Structure: Without + verb + ing + Subject + extension.
Compound: Work hard or you cannot prosper in life.
Simple: Without working hard, you will not prosper in life.

• Compound to Simple:
- And দিয়ে সাধারণত কারণ-ফলাফল, শর্ত-ফলাফল, সময়ের পর্যায়ক্রম অনুযায়ী ১ম কাজ - ২য় কাজ অথবা (প্রথম Clause টি Continuous Tense হলে) একটি কাজ সংঘটিত হওয়ার সময়ে আরেকটি কাজ সংঘটিত হওয়া বুঝায়।
- এক্ষেত্রে Preposition হিসেবে after ব্যবহৃত হবে।
- ১ম ও ২য় Clause এর subject ভিন্ন ভিন্ন হলে after এর পর Subject এর Possessive Form বসবে।
– এর পর verb+ing বসবে।
Compound: He went out and I woke up.
Simple: After his going out, I woke up.
• Being যুক্ত Simple Sentence কে Compound Sentence এ পরিণত করার নিয়ম:
- Being এর বাকি অংশোটি যে tense এ আছে Being- কেও সেই একই tense গঠন করতে হবে।
- Sentence দুটির মাঝে 'and' বসে।
Simple: The weather being cold, we cannot go out.
Compound: The weather is cold and we cannot go out.
