• The Romantic period: [1798 - 1832]
- 1798 - 1832 is known as the romantic period of English literature.
-The Romantic Period is the shortest period of English Literature.
- ১৭৯৮ সালে William Wordsworth রচিত Lyrical Ballads এর প্রকাশনার মাধ্যমে Romantic Period এর সূচনা হয়
- ১৮৩২ সালে Reformation Act এর মাধ্যমে এই যুগের সমাপ্তি ঘটে।
- এই যুগকে 'Revival of Romanticism' ও বলা হয়ে থাকে because the romantic ideals of the Elizabethan Period revived during this period.
- এই যুগের স্থায়িত্বকাল মাত্র ৩৪ বছর ( 1798-1832).
