Regarding (preposition): 
English Meaning - In relation to; about. 
Bangla Meaning - সম্পর্কে; বিষয়ে।

I have a question regarding your last statement.- এখানে 'regarding' হচ্ছে Participle preposition. 

Participle preposition: 
- কতগুলো Present participle এবং past participle- preposition এর মত ব্যবহৃত হয়ে থাকে, এদের Participle preposition বলে। 
- যেমন: Regarding this matter I know nothing.

• ‘Head’ শব্দটি একই সাথে Noun, Verb ও Adjective হিসেবে ব্যবহৃত হতে পারে। 

Head (noun): 
Meaning - (১) মস্তক; মাথা।
(২) জন; ব্যক্তি; 
(৩) বুদ্ধি; মেধা; কল্পনাশক্তি, ইত্যাদি। 

Head (Verb): 
Meaning - (১) পুরোভাগে বা শীর্ষে থাকা: His name headed the list.
(২) মাথা দিয়ে স্পর্শ বা আঘাত করা; হেড করা: He headed the ball into the net.

আবার, Head (Adjective): 
Meaning - Main or most important. 
Example - In his first season as head coach, McGuire guided his team to the regional championship.

• But (preposition): 
Meaning - ব্যতিরেকে, ছাড়া। 

• None but the brave deserve the fair. 
Meaning - বীরভোগ্যা বসুন্ধরা। 
- এখানে 'but' হচ্ছে preposition কারণ 'but' শব্দটি noun (the brave) এর পূর্বে বসে বাক্যের অন্য অংশের সাথে সম্পর্ক স্থাপন করছে।

ক) You can but request.
- এখানে 'but' হচ্ছে adverb কারণ verb (can)- কে modify করছে। 
But (adverb) - শুধু; কেবল; মাত্র। 

গ) He never writes a word but he carefully weighs.

- এই বাক্যে 'here' হচ্ছে Adverb of place. 

• Adverb of place: 
- এই জাতীয় adverb-গুলো ক্রিয়া সম্পাদিত হওয়ার স্থান (place) নির্দেশ করে। 
- 'where' বা 'কোথায়?' প্রশ্নের জবাব যে word থেকে পাওয়া যায় তাকে বলে adverb of place.

Nostalgic (adjective):
English Meaning - Feeling happy and also slightly sad when you think about things that happened in the past
Bangla Meaning - গৃহকাতর; অতীতস্মৃতিবিধুর।

Nostalgia (noun) - গৃহকাতরতা; অতীতবিধুরতা।
Nostalgical - কোনো শব্দ নেই।
Nostalgically (adverb) - গৃহকাতরভাবে; স্মৃতিবিধুরভাবে।

Preposition: 
- Preposition একটি noun বা pronoun বা noun-equivalent - এর পূর্বে ব্যবহৃত হয়ে তার সঙ্গে বাক্যের অন্য word - এর সম্পর্ক বুঝিয়ে দেয়। 

• I know everything about him.
- এখানে 'about' হচ্ছে Preposition. 
- 'about' শব্দটি him (pronoun) এর পরে বসে বাক্যের অন্য অংশের সাথে সম্পর্ক স্থাপন করেছে। 

• About (adverb): 
Meaning - 1) সামান্য উনিশ-বিশ; সামান্য আগে-পরে; প্রায় কাছাকাছি: It’s about time something is done. 
2) এখানে-সেখানে; যত্রতত্র; ইতস্তত: We saw them moving about. 
3) কাছে; কারো নিকটে: Shoes are lying about on the floor. 
4) বিপরীতমুখী; উলটোদিকে। 

এছাড়াও, 'about' শব্দটি preposition হিসেবেও ব্যবহৃত হয়। 
• About (preposition): 
১) বিষয় বা সম্বন্ধে অর্থে 'About' ব্যবহৃত হয়। যেমন: I know everything about him. 
২) চারদিকে - I wrapped a piece of cloth about my finger. 
৩) প্রায় বা কাছাকাছি - The stick is about six inches long.

• Close শব্দটি বিভিন্ন Parts of Speech হিসেবে ব্যবহৃত হয়। 

• Close (noun): 
Meaning - The end of something, or the time when you end it. 
Example - The season is now nearing its close.

• Close (adjective): 
Meaning - Having direct family connections or shared beliefs, support, and sympathy.
Example - There weren't many people at the funeral - just close family/relatives.

• Close (verb): 
Meaning - To change from being open to not being open, or to cause something to do this; বন্ধ করা; বন্ধ হওয়া।
Example - I went out and forgot to close the window.

• Close (adverb): 
Meaning - Near in position, time, or condition: ঘনিষ্ঠভাবে; আবদ্ধভাবে; দৃঢ়ভাবে; কাছাকাছি।
Example - The bank is close to the office.

⇒ The man lives close to the market.
- এই sentence টিতে 'close' শব্দটি lives (verb)- কে modify করছে। 
- Adverb সাধারণত verb, adjective অথবা অন্য adverb কে modify করে। 
- তাই এখানে 'close' হচ্ছে Adverb.

Distracted (adjective): 
English Meaning - Nervous or confused because you are worried about something. 
Bangla Meaning - বিক্ষিপ্তচিত্র; বিহ্বল।

Distract (verb) - মনোযোগ ভিন্নমুখী করা।

Very few যুক্ত Positive Degree কে Comparative Degree-তে পরিণত করার নিয়ম -

Structure:
- প্রদত্ত Sentence-এর শেষের Subject;
- Verb;
- Positive Degree এর Comparative form;
- than most other;
- very few-এর পর থেকে verb-এর পূর্ব পর্যন্ত অংশ।

সুতরাং, নিয়মানুযায়ী সঠিক উত্তর - Iron is stronger than most other metals.

Abroad (adverb): 
English Meaning - In or to a foreign country or countries. 
Bangla Meaning - (১) বিদেশে; নিজের দেশের বাইরে: go abroad.
(২) সর্বত্র; দিকে দিকে: There is a new spirit abroad.
(৩) (প্রাচীন প্রয়োগ) বাইরে: The old man was abroad before sunrise.

• Adverb: 
- Adverb হলো এমন word যা কোন verb, adjective, বা অন্য কোন adverb কে বিশেষায়িত করে বা তার সাথে নতুন অর্থ যোগ করে। 
- 'How? When? Where?' প্রশ্নগুলোর জবাব যে word থেকে পাওয়া যায় তাকে বলে Adverb. 

She traveled abroad for her vacation.
- এই বাক্যে 'out' হচ্ছে Adverb of place. 

• Adverb of place: 
- এই জাতীয় adverb-গুলো ক্রিয়া সম্পাদিত হওয়ার স্থান (place) নির্দেশ করে। 
- 'where' বা 'কোথায়?' প্রশ্নের জবাব যে word থেকে পাওয়া যায় তাকে বলে adverb of place.

• ‘Do not leave until I come.’
- এখানে until- হচ্ছে conjunction.
- Conjunction একটি part of speech যা sentence এ বিভিন্ন words, phrases, বা clauses যুক্ত করতে ব্যবহৃত হয়।
- এখানে until শব্দটি  Do not leave এবং I come এই দুইটি sentence- কে যুক্ত হতে সাহায্য করেছে। 

• There are three basic types of conjunctions:
1. Coordinating conjunctions:
যা সমমানের দুইটি word, phrase বা clause এর মধ্যে সংযোগ স্থাপন করে।
যেমন: and, or, but, etc.

2. Subordinating Conjunctions:
যে Conjunction একটি clause এর শুরুতে বসে অন্য clause এর স্থান, কাল, ধরণ, মাত্রা, ইত্যাদি বুঝানোর জন্য ব্যবহৃত হয়, তাকে Subordinating Conjunction বলে।
যেমন: when, how, if, lest, until, unless, as if etc.

3. Correlative Conjunctions: পরস্পর সম্পর্কযুক্ত জোড়ায় জোড়ায় ব্যবহৃত conjunction গুলোই Correlative Conjunctions.
যেমন: as…. as; either…..or; not only…..but also; etc.

False (adjective):
অর্থ - ভ্রান্ত; মিথ্যা; প্রতারণামূলক।

Other forms - 
Falsehood [noun] [countable noun]:
অর্থ - মিথ্যা; মিথ্যা বিবরণ; মিথ্যাভাষণ; মিথ্যাকথন।

Falsify (verb-transitive) (past tense past participle falsified):
(১) জাল করা; to falsify records.
(২) মিথ্যা বর্ণনা করা; অসত্যভাবে তুলে ধরা: to falsify a story.

Falsely (adverb) - মিথ্যাভাবে। 

• Comparative to Superlative: 
- প্রদত্ত sentence এর subject ও verb বসে
- the বসে
- Comparative degree এর Superative form বসে
- other এর পরের অংশ বসে

Structure: Subject + verb + the + Comparative degree এর Superative form + other এর পরের অংশ।

Comparative: He is better than any other boy in the class. 
Superlative: He is the best boy in the class.

'Play' শব্দটি Noun ও Verb উভয় Parts of Speech হিসেবে ব্যবহৃত হতে পারে। 

Play (Noun):
Meaning - (১) [Uncountable noun] খেলা; ক্রীড়া; খেলাধুলা; ক্রীড়াকৌতুক; পরিহাস: He said it only in play.
(২) [Uncountable noun] খেলার ধরন; অনুষ্ঠান; খেলা; ক্রীড়া: We hope there will be no rough play in today’s football.

Play (Verb):
Meaning - খেলা; খেলা/ক্রীড়া করা; মজা/আমোদ/কৌতুক করা। 

• Play every game everywhere always in your mind.
- এই বাক্যে 'Play' শব্দটি 'খেলা' অর্থে ব্যবহৃত হয়েছে। 
- এখানে 'Play' দ্বারা একটি কাজ বুঝাচ্ছে। 
- তাই, এটি একটি Verb. 

• Superlative বাক্যে One of the থাকলে সেটিকে Positive করার নিয়ম হচ্ছে:
- Very few + positive degree এর পরের Plural Noun + Plural Verb + as/so + Positive Degree + as + Subject of Positive Degree.

Superlative: Pride is one of the greatest vices.
Positive:  Very few vices are as great as pride. 

অন্যদিকে, 
• The + superlative যুক্ত বাক্যকে positive করার নিয়ম:
- No other + object + verb + as + adjective/adverb এর positive form + as + subject.

Superlative: Pride is the greatest vice.
Positive: No other vice is as great as pride.

Affability (noun):
English Meaning - The quality of being friendly and easy to talk to. 
Bangla Meaning - অমায়িকতা। 

Other forms: 
Affable (adjective) - শিষ্টাচারী ও বন্ধুভাবাপন্ন; অমায়িক: affable to everybody.
Affably (adverb) - অমায়িকভাবে।
