• Pertinent (adjective):
Meaning: Relevant or applicable to a particular matter; apposite.
Bengali meaning: প্রত্যক্ষত সম্পর্কযুক্ত; প্রাসঙ্গিক।

• সাধারণত কোনো কিছুর সাথে প্রাসঙ্গিক বুঝাতে pertinent এর সাথে to ব্যবহৃত হয়।

• Whew (interjection)
- ভয়, বিস্ময়, হতাশা বা ক্লান্তিসূচক ধ্বনি (অনেক সময় রসিকতাছলে ব্যবহৃত হয়)।

• Interjection:
-Interjection is a big name for a little word. Interjections are short exclamations like Oh!, Um or Ah!
- They have no real grammatical value but we use them often, usually more in speaking than writing.  

• It is a word or phrase used in exclamation (such as Heavens! Dear me!)
- মোট কথা আবেগ, অনূভুতি, কিংবা বিরক্তি, হতাশা, দু:খ,, আশ্চর্যান্বিত হওয়া ইত্যাদি বোঝাতে  Interjection ব্যাবহৃত হয়।

• Buck - (হরিণ) হচ্ছে  masculine gender
- এর feminine gender হচ্ছে Doe (হরিণী)।

English Meaning: Not seriously meaning what you say, usually in an attempt to be humorous or to trick someone.
Bangla Meaning: ইয়ারকিপূর্ণ বা ঠাট্টাবিদ্রূপপূর্ণ; অশালীন ঠাট্টাপূর্ণ বা তাতে অভ্যস্ত: a facetious remark/man.

গ) Honest (adjective)

ঘ) Naive (adjective)
- কথাবার্তা এবং আচরণে সাদাসিধা ও ছলাকলাহীন (যেমন অর্বাচীনতা ও অনভিজ্ঞতার দরুন) কৌতুকজনকভাবে সরল; কাঁচা।

English Meaning: Every difficult or sad situation has a comforting or more hopeful aspect, even though this may not be immediately apparent.
Bangla Meaning: মন্দের ভিতরেও মঙ্গল নিহিত আছে।

• শূন্যস্থানে সঠিক উত্তর হবে - like.
- Complete Sentence: I just don't feel like eating anything tonight.

• কিছু করতে চাওয়া বা ইচ্ছা করা বা আগ্রহী হওয়া বুঝাতে feel like ব্যবহৃত হয়।

• Down বিভিন্ন parts of speech হিসেবে ব্যবহৃত হওয়া একটি শব্দ।
- বাক্যে অবস্থান ভেদে এটি Noun, verb,adverb এবং preposition হিসেবে ব্যবহৃত হয়।

• A huge rock came rushing down the hill. Here 'down' is used as a - Preposition.
- যে Word কোন Noun বা Pronoun এর পূর্বে বসে Sentence এর অন্য কোন Word এর সাথে সম্পর্ক স্থাপন করে তাকে Preposition বলে।
- এখানে down শব্দটি noun 'the hill' এর পূর্বে বসে বাক্যের অন্যান্য শব্দের সাথে এর সম্পর্ক স্থাপন করছে বিধায় এটি preposition.

• অন্যদিকে,
• Down (adverb)
-  Titanic went down on her first voyage - এই বাক্যে down, adverb হিসাবে ব্যবহৃত হয়েছে। - যেসব word noun বা pronoun ব্যতীত অন্য যেকোনো parts of speech, বিশেষ করে verb কে modify করে সেগুলোকে Adverb বলে।
- এখানে 'down' শব্দটি verb word 'went' কে modify করছে বিধায় এটি Adverb.

• Down (adjective)
 The porter was killed by the down train.
- এই বাক্যে Noun এর Modifier হিসেবে Adjective.

• Down (noun)
- He has seen the ups and downs of life.
- এই বাক্যে possessive case এর object হিসেবে down হচ্ছে noun.

• Since followed by noun is generally used as Preposition. 
-Since যদি কারণ নির্দেশ করে এবং since যদি দুইটি Clause কে যুক্ত হতে সাহায্য করে তবে তা Conjunction হবে।

• প্রশ্নে উল্লেখিত বাক্য - Since the traffic is heavy, we should leave a bit earlier to avoid delays.
- এখানে, Since কারন নির্দেশ করেছে বিধায় এটি conjunction.

• Five years have passed since I met you last.
- since এখানে দুইটি Clause কে যুক্ত হতে সাহায্য করে।

• অন্যদিকে, 
• Since the accident, Akash has been more cautious while driving. 
Here 'since' is used as a preposition as it is followed by the accident (noun).

• সঠিক উত্তর  হবে - The scientist investigated the cause of the mysterious illness.
• সাধারণত- investigate (তদন্ত করা),এরপর কোনো preposition বসে না, সরাসরি object বসে।

• কিছু verb এর পরে কোন preposition বসে না। 
- এগুলা হলো:
• Reach (পৌঁছান)
- She reached the airport just in time for her flight.

• Resemble (সদৃশ হওয়া),
- He strongly resembles his father in appearance and in temperament.

• Violate (অমান্য করা, লংঘন করা),
- He violated the company policy by sharing confidential information.

• Discuss (আলোচনা করা),
- They discussed the new project during the meeting.

• Resign (চাকরি ত্যাগ করা),
- He resigned his position due to personal reasons.

• Sign (সই করা),
- He signed the paper.

• Recommend ( অনুমোদন করা),
- Some doctors recommend putting a board under the mattress.

• Order (আদেশ করা),
- The captain ordered his soldiers to march on.

• Command (আদেশ করা),
- The captain commands his soldiers to be careful.

English Meaning: The quality of being effective; effectiveness.
Bangla Meaning: কার্যক্ষমতা।
