♦ Complex to simple এর ক্ষেত্রে,

Subject + relative pronoun + adjective যুক্ত Complex sentence কে simple করার সময়,
- প্রথমে that এর পরিবর্তে a/an বসে।
- relative pronoun এর পরে adjective টি বসে।
- প্রদত্ত Subject টি বসে।
- প্রদত্ত sentence এর adjective এর পরের অংশ বসে।

Complex: The girl who is mysterious can make a good result.
Simple: A mysterious girl can make a good result.

• Tag question করার নিয়ম:
- সাধারণত Tag question ব্যবহৃত হয় পূর্বে উল্লেখিত কোন উক্তি সত্য না মিথ্যা তা নিশ্চিত হওয়ার জন্য।
- Statement positive হলে tag question টা negative হবে।
- আবার statement negative হলে tag question positive হবে।
- Subject ও Tense অনুসারে auxiliary verb দ্বারা tag question তৈরি হয়।
-  ‍Sentence-এ Subject হিসেবে that, this থাকলে Tag Question-এর Subject it হয়।
- Subject যদি these those হয় তাহলে Tag Question-এর Subject they হয়।
- যেহেতু প্রশ্ন প্রদত্ত বাক্যটি affirmative এ আছে, তাই Negative Tag question হবে এবং বাক্যটি present indefinite tense হওয়ায় Subject ও Tense অনুসারে auxiliary verb অনুযায়ী সঠিক tag হবে - aren’t they?
- Complete sentence: These are my shoes, aren’t they?

♦ Complex to simple এর সময়,

• If দ্বারা গঠিত শর্তমূলক না বোধক complex sentence কে simple করার নিয়ম : 
- প্রথমে without বসে
- If clause এর মূল verb এর present form এর সাথে ing যোগ করতে হয়
-  ক্রিয়ার পরের অংশ বসে
- comma (,) বসে
- অপর clause টি বসে।
Example:
Complex: If you do not read attentively, you will not pass the examination.
Simple: Without reading attentively, you will not pass the examination.

♦ Narration এর ক্ষেত্রে,

• Optative sentence কে indirect speech এ রূপান্তর করার নিয়ম:
- Reporting verb এর পরিবর্তে wish/pray বসে।
- Inverted comma উঠে গিয়ে that বসে।
- Reported speech এর subject বসে।
- May/might বসে।

Example: 
Direct: He said to me, 'May Allah bless you.'
Indirect: He prayed that Allah might bless me.

• সাধারণত Tag question ব্যবহৃত হয় পূর্বে উল্লেখিত কোন উক্তি সত্য না মিথ্যা তা নিশ্চিত হওয়ার জন্য। 
- Statement positive হলে tag question টা negative হবে। আবার statement negative হলে tag question positive হবে। 
- Tag question এর নিয়মানুযায়ী বাক্যটি Negative হওয়ায় Tag question Affirmative হবে।
- বাক্যটি Present indefinite tense হওয়ায় Tag question এর ক্ষেত্রে does she হবে।
- Complete Sentence: My friend doesn't like fish, does she?
