মৌলিক শব্দঃ
যেসব শব্দ বিশ্লেষণ করা যায় না বা ভেঙ্গে আলাদা করা যায় না, সেগুলোকে মৌলিক শব্দ বলে।
যেমন - গোলাপ, নাক, তিল, হাত, ফুল ইত্যাদি।

অন্যদিকে, গায়ক শব্দটি একটি যৌগিক শব্দ।
