বাক্যটিতে walking along the street হলো Adjective phrase.
কারণ phrase টি Noun girl এর অবস্থা নির্দেশ করেছে।

 Adjective Phrase: কোন Sentence এ Noun, Pronoun বা Noun Phrase এর দোষ, গুণ, অবস্থা, বৈশিষ্ট্য ইত্যাদি প্রকাশ করে। 

যেমন: The fox without a tail called a meeting.
এখানে without a tail Phrase টি Noun অর্থাৎ The fox এর অবস্থা বোঝাচ্ছে। 
তাই এটি Adjective phrase হবে।

Here 'Cats and dogs' means- heavily

English Meaning: in great quantities / heavily/ very hard.
Bangla Meaning: মুষলধারে

Ex. Sentence: It was raining cats and dogs.
Bangla Meaning: মুষলধারে বৃষ্টি হচ্ছিলো।
