- আমার ঘড়ি অনুযায়ী। 

Enough যখন adverb হিসেবে ব্যবহৃত হয় তখন adjective/adverb এরপর বসে।
আর যখন adjective হিসেবে ব্যবহৃত হয় তখন noun এর পূর্বে বসে।

inform এর Structure টা সাধারণত এ রকম হয়:
inform+ ব্যক্তিবাচক Object + of + ধারণাবাচক Object
একটি খুব সহজ বাক্য মুখস্থ করে রাখতে পারেন: I informed him of the matter. এটাকে সূত্র হিসেবে ব্যবহার করতে পারেন বড় বাক্যের ক্ষেত্রে।

ক)
- Offered - প্রস্তাব করা; বিনিময়ের প্রস্তাব দেওয়া।
- Thrown - ছুড়ে মারা; নিক্ষেপ/ক্ষেপণ করা।

খ)
- Gave/give - কোনোকিছু দেওয়া।
- Held/hold - ধরে রাখা/থাকা।
- Hold down - দায়িত্ব গ্রহণ করা বা গ্রহণ করা।

গ)
- Threatened -  হুমকি দেওয়া; হুমকিস্বরূপ হওয়া; শাসানো।
- Turned - ফেরানো, ফেরত পাঠানো।
- Turn down - প্রত্যাখ্যান করা।

ঘ)
- Willing - স্বেচ্ছাপ্রণোদিত; ইচ্ছুক।

- Knock down - ভেঙে ফেলা; ধূলিসাৎ করা; বিচ্ছিন্ন করা।

-  "very" এর সাথে এই structure ব্যবহার হয় না।
- "Very" শুধু adjective intensify করে, "that" clause-এর সাথে যুক্ত হয় না।

- এটি grammatically সঠিক, কিন্তু "that" clause-এর সাথে সাধারণত ব্যবহার হয় না।

• "Neither...nor" এর subject-verb agreement নিয়ম:
- Either ...... or, Neither….nor, Not only….but also দ্বারা যুক্ত একাধিক subject -এর ক্ষেত্রে verb টি তার নিকটতম subject অনুসারে বসে।
- অর্থাৎ, or, nor, but also -এর পরে singular subject থাকলে singular verb এবং plural subject থাকলে plural verb বসবে।
- যেহেতু প্রদত্ত প্রশ্নের শেষের subject "His father" = third person singular,  third person singular number এ আছে, তাই এখানে verb = speaks (singular) হবে।

- Structure:
• [Either/neither] + noun + [or/nor] + singular noun + singular verb.
- Neither the salesmen nor the marketing manager is in favour of the system.

• [Either/neither] + noun + [or/nor] + plural noun + plural verb.
- Neither Rahi nor his friends are qualified for the job.

এখানে “Headmaster” rank বোঝাচ্ছে, তাই “the” ছাড়া ব্যবহার হবে।

• কোন proper noun এর (যেমন Rahim) apposition রূপে যদি কোন rank (পদমর্যাদা) বা profession (পেশা) বোধক common noun ব্যবহৃত হয় তাহলে ঐ common noun এর আগে the বসে নাঃ

- Cor. Mr. Rahim, Headmaster of our school, is a good man.

ক) Mr. Rahim, the Headmaster of our school, is a good man.
- Proper noun (“Mr. Rahim”) এর পরে appositive phrase (“Headmaster of our school”) এসেছে।
- এই ধরনের appositive-এর আগে article “the” সাধারণত ব্যবহার করা হয় না যদি ব্যক্তি বিশেষের নামের সাথে তার পদবী/পদ উল্লেখ করা হয়।
- “The” দিলে মনে হয় এটা সাধারণভাবে headmaster বোঝাচ্ছে, যা proper noun-এর ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য নয়।

গ) Mr. Rahim the Headmaster of our school is a good man.
- Appositive phrase-এর আগে এবং পরে কোন comma নেই, তাই বাক্য পড়তে অসুবিধা হয়।
- Article “the” একই কারণে অপ্রয়োজনীয়।

ঘ) Mr. Rahim Headmaster of our school is a good man.
- Appositive phrase (“Headmaster of our school”) proper noun-এর সাথে সরাসরি যুক্ত হয়েছে কিন্তু কোন comma নেই, ফলে অর্থ পরিষ্কার নয়।

Meaning - লেখা/নাম কাটা। 
- Sentence বা word কেটে দেওয়ার ক্ষেত্রে appropriate group verb হলো Pen through.
- কোন শব্দ বা বাক্য কেটে দেয়া বোঝাতে Pen through ব্যবহার হয়। 

So, Correct Sentence - Pen through the line. 
Meaning - ছত্রটি কেটে দাও।

• Correct sentence: The scenery of Switzerland is more beautiful than that of Austria.

• দুটি Noun এর মধ্যে তুলনা করার সময় পূর্বের Noun এর পুনরাবৃত্তি পরিহার করতে Uncountable Noun এর পরিবর্তে that of এবং Plural Countable Noun এর পরিবর্তে those of ব্যবহৃত হয়।
- অন্যভাবে বলা যায়, কোনো Comparative sentence এর প্রথম অংশ যদি The + Noun + of + Noun হয়, তবে verb এর পরের অংশ হবে than + that/ those of হবে।

- The + Uncountable Noun + of + Noun + Auxiliary verb + Comparative degree + than that of + ext.
- The + Countable Noun + of + Noun + Auxiliary verb + Comparative degree + than those of + ext.

• উল্লিখিত বাকি অপশনগুলো,
(ক) Sentence টিতে Comparative sentence এর প্রথম অংশের নিয়ম অনুসারে The + Noun + of + Noun (The scenery of Switzerland) হয়েছে, তাই দ্বিতীয় অংশে than এরপর that of হবে। কারণ, The scenery of Switzerland দ্বারা Uncountable Noun কে বুঝায়।

(খ) Sentence টিতে The scenery of Switzerland, Uncountable Noun কে বুঝায় তাই those of এর পরিবর্তে that of হবে।

(ঘ) দুটি Noun এর মধ্যে তুলনা করার সময় পূর্বের Noun এর পুনরাবৃত্তি পরিহার করতে হবে। তাই Sentence টিতে The scenery of Switzerland, Uncountable Noun কে বুঝায় তাই এখানে than Austria’s scenery এর পরিবর্তে than that of Austria হবে।

- যে action আগে ঘটেছে, তার জন্য Past Perfect ব্যবহার হয়।

• Before যুক্ত বাক্যের গঠন:
- Past perfect + before + Past indefinite.
- 'Before' conjunction যুক্ত sentence এ before এর পুর্বে past perfect tense হয় এবং before এর পরে past indefinite হবে।

অন্য options ভুল:
- has been posted - Present Perfect, কিন্তু এটি past এর ঘটনা।
- was posting - Past Continuous (Active), কিন্তু letter নিজে post করে না (Passive form লাগবে)।
- already posted - grammatically অসম্পূর্ণ; passive tense নয়।

Burn the midnight oil (idiom): 
English Meaning - To work late into the night. 
Bangla Meaning - অধিক রাত পর্যন্ত জেগে কাজ করা।

Complete Sentence - As the deadline approached, the team had to burn the midnight oil to complete the project on time.

Other options, 
Throw in the towel - Stop trying to do something because you have realized that you cannot succeed. 
Hit the nail on the head - To describe exactly what is causing a situation or problem. 
Beat around the bush - To avoid talking about what is important.

• Degree of comparison অনুযায়ী,
- একই ব্যক্তি বা বস্তুর দুটি দোষ/ গুণের তুলনা (compare contrasting qualities) করতে প্রথম গুণটির (adjective) পূর্বে সর্বদা more/ less বসে।
- কখনোই adjective এর সাথে er বা r যুক্ত হয় না অর্থাৎ, গুণটির (adjective) comparative হয় না।

- সুতরাং, নিয়মানুযায়ী সঠিক বাক্যটি হলো - She is more honest than clever.

ক)  He is more taller than his brother. 
- এক সাথে Double comparative ব্যবহৃত হয় না।

• Embedded question এর নিয়মানুযায়ী:
- বাক্যের মাঝে wh-word বসে যে প্রশ্ন তৈরি করে তাই embedded question.
- Embedded question, English Grammar এর এমন একটি নিয়ম যেখানে একটি assertive বাক্যের মধ্যে একটি interrogative বা প্রশ্নবোধক বাক্য সন্নিবেশিত করা হয়।
- অর্থাৎ, wh-word দ্বারা subordinate clause শুরু হয় এবং subordinate clause টি কখনোই Interrogative হয় না, সর্বদাই assertive হয়ে থাকে।
- এরা প্রশ্নের মত কিন্তু প্রশ্ন নয়।

• এছাড়াও, describe এর মতো discuss, order and request are transitive verbs. এবং এগুলোর পরে সাধারণত preposition বসে না।

- শেষের noun/pronoun টি singular হলে পরবর্তী verb singular হবে।

• Either or, Neither------- nor দ্বারা দুটি Subject যুক্ত হলে পরবর্তী Subject অনুসারে Verb ব্যবহৃত হয়।
- শেষের noun/pronoun টি singular হলে পরবর্তী verb singular হবে।
- শেষের noun/pronoun টি plural হলে পরবর্তী verb plural হবে।

- Structure: [Either/neither] + noun + [or/nor] + singular noun + singular verb.
- Example: Either my brother or my sister lives abroad.

- Structure: [Either/neither] + noun + [or/nor] + plural noun + plural verb.
- Example: Either the principal or the teachers are attending the meeting.

বাকি গুলো ভুল:

খ) are willing → plural verb, এখানে singular দরকার।

গ) have been willing → past perfect tense, এখানে present tense দরকার।

ঘ) be willing → base form, grammatically ঠিক নয়।
