Conducive to: 
English Meaning - Providing the right conditions for something good to happen or exist. 
Bangla Meaning - শ্রেয়; সাহায্য কারক, সাহায্য কারী। 

Example Sentence: 
- Our mild climate is conducive to outdoor entertaining.

Complete Sentence - Such a noisy environment was not conducive to a good night's sleep.

Die down : to gradually become less strong; বেগ প্রশমিত হওয়া।
Example: She waited for the noise to die down before she started singing.

তাই সঠিক বাক্যটি হবে ‘The controversy is unlikely to die down.’ যার অর্থ - তর্কটির তীব্রতা কমে যাওয়া অসম্ভব।

অপরদিকে,
Die away - ধীরে ধীরে বিলুপ্ত হওয়া, মিলিয়ে যাওয়া; If something, especially a sound, dies away, it gradually becomes reduced until it stops existing or disappears:
Die off, die out - একে একে মরে যাওয়া।

Indebted/Grateful/Obliged/Thankful to (sb) for (sth) - ঋণী; ঋণবদ্ধ; কৃতজ্ঞতাপাশে আবদ্ধ; অনুগৃহীত।

Correct Answer: I am indebted to my father for supporting my venture.
অর্থঃ তোমার সাহায্যের জন্য তোমার কাছে আমি কৃতজ্ঞ।

The is used to refer to specific or particular nouns.
প্রশ্নে বই এবং টেবিলকে নির্দিষ্ট করে বুঝানো হয়েছে, তাই উভয় স্থানে The বসাই যুক্তিযুক্ত।
বাক্যটি হবে - The big book on the table is for my history class.

অপশন b তে উল্লেখিত how much এর পরিবর্তে how many হবে।
কারণ much শব্দটি uncountable noun এর জন্য ব্যবহৃত হয়।
আর many শব্দটি countable এর জন্য ব্যবহৃত হয়।

- Main clause: someone arrived at home: এটি past simple tense.
- Sub clause (While …):

- “While” সাধারণত longer/continuing action বোঝায়: past continuous tense ব্যবহার হয়।
- Formula: While + past continuous, simple past.

Other options:
খ) had worked: past perfect → বোঝায় কাজ শেষ হয়ে গেছে; এখানে “while” এর সাথে মানায় না।
গ) will work: future tense → কিন্তু main clause অতীতে আছে।
ঘ) will be working: future continuous → tense mismatch (main clause past).

- English meaning: Causing or capable of causing harm.
- Bangla meaning: ক্ষতিকর।
- Detrimental এরপর preposition হিসেবে To বসে।

• Correct sentence: Smoking is detrimental to health.

• উল্লিখিত বাকি অপশনগুলো detrimental এর সাথে ভুল preposition এর ব্যবহার হয়েছে।

Complete Sentence: Excessive use of social media can be detrimental to mental health.

অপশন ‍b সঠিক উত্তর। এখানে ‍appropriate preposition এর ভুল প্রয়োগ হয়েছে।
Think এর পর of বসে চিন্তা করা অর্থে। এখানে to ব্যবহার করায় এটি ভুল হয়েছে।

• Correct Sentence: A pair of gloves is on the chair.
-কিছু Noun আছে যেমন: Brace, Gross, Dozen, Pair, Hundred, Thousand, Score, Fathom, Head ইত্যাদি যাদের আগে নির্দিষ্ট সংখ্যাবাচক বিশেষণ থাকলে Verb Singular হয়।

• Other options,
(খ) একক দৈর্ঘ্য, পরিমাপ বা স্থান বুঝালে Subject দেখতে Plural হলেও Verb Singular হয়।
- Correct Sentence: Twenty miles is a long way.

(গ) যখন কোন Infinitive, Gerund, Verbal Noun, Clause বা Phrase কোন Sentence এর Subject হয় তখন Verb Singular হয়। 
- Correct Sentence: Swimming is a good exercise.

(ঘ) Either --- or, Neither --- nor দ্বারা Singular Subject যুক্ত হলে Verb Singular হয়।
- Correct Sentence: Either John or his friend is coming to the party.

• Complete sentence: At a moment as troubled as this one, to escape from this time into time itself is somehow salubrious.
- Bangla meaning: এত সমস্যা এবং ঝামেলার মুহূর্তে, এই সময় থেকে মুক্ত হয়ে সময়ের মধ্যে হারিয়ে যাওয়া কোনোভাবে প্রশান্তিদায়ক এবং উপকারী মনে হয়।

- To -এর পরে verb এর base form বসে।

যদি কোন Simple Sentence এ দুটি Verb থাকে তাহলে ব্রাকেটের Verb এর সাথে ing যোগ করতে হয় অথবা Verb টির পূর্বে to বসাতে হয় অথবা verb টির Past Participle করতে হয়।
(i) I don't want (leave) this place. 
Ans: I don't want to leave this place.

(ii) I saw him (go). 
Ans: I saw him going.

Other options
ক) leaving → gerund ব্যবহার করা হয়েছে, কিন্তু “want” এর পর gerund হবে না।
খ) left → past tense ব্যবহার করা হয়েছে, কিন্তু এখানে present/future ইঙ্গিত প্রকাশের জন্য base form দরকার।
গ) be left → passive form, যা অপ্রাসঙ্গিক।

• "Scissors" হলো plural noun.
- এর singular form নেই। 
- এক জোড়া কাঁচি “a pair of scissors” বলা হয়।

Options বিশ্লেষণ:

ক) I bought a new scissor yesterday.
- “scissor” singular নেই। ভুল।

খ) I bought a new pair of scissor. 
- “pair of scissors” সঠিক, কিন্তু এখানে “scissor” লেখা হয়েছে singular, এটি ভুল।

ঘ) I bought new scissorses. 
- “scissorses” শব্দটি ভুল। plural already 'scissors'.

বাক্যটির অর্থঃ তুমি আমাকে সাহায্য করলে, আমি তোমার প্রতি কৃতজ্ঞ থাকবো।

1st conditional এ first clause টি present indefinite tense হলে অপর clause টি future indefinite tense হবে।
1st person “I” এর পরে জোর দেয়া অর্থে shall এর পরিবর্তে will বসে।
তাই, বাক্যের শূন্যস্থানে সঠিক শব্দ হিসেবে will remain বসবে।

Complicated =Intricate= জটিল
Tangled=  জট পাকানো অবস্থা 
Entangled = জড়িয়ে পড়েছে। 
Both the words intricate and tangled make the sense of the sentence but article ‘a’ is used before the gap.
So tangled is the answer. 

Correct sentence: She added that she had in no way intended to offend anybody.

in no way: [idiom]
English meaning: not at all.
Bangla meaning: কোনো মতেই না; একেবারেই না।

- Bangla Meaning: সে বিছানায় ফিরে আসতে না আসতেই তার অ্যালার্ম বেজে উঠল।

• Inversion of verb:
- প্রশ্ন করতে বা জোর প্রদান করতে বাক্যে subject এর পূর্বে verb ব্যবহৃত হওয়াকে Inversion of verb বলে।
- "Barely" একটি negative adverb (অর্থ: মাত্র), যা যখন বাক্যের শুরুতে আসে, তখন inversion হয়।

• Negative adverb -এর inversion:
- Negative adverb + Auxiliary verb + Subject + Principal verb + Extension.

- Negative adverb গুলো হলো- Hardly, Barely, Scarcely, Rarely, Seldom, Very seldom, Never, Never again, Never before, No sooner, No where, Neither, Nor, Little (negative), etc.

অন্যদিকে,

- "did" ব্যবহার হলে এর পরে verb এর base form বসে।
- Scarecely/Barely........when, যুক্ত বাক্যের গঠনে প্রথম অংশে past perfect এবং পরের অংশে past indefinite হয়।

খ) Barely she had got back in bed when her alarm went off.
- এখানে inversion হয়নি।"Barely" একটি negative adverb (অর্থ: মাত্র), যা যখন বাক্যের শুরুতে আসে, তখন inversion হয়।

ঘ) Barely she got back in bed when her alarm went off.
- এখানে inversion হয়নি এবং 'had' বাদ গেছে। 'she got back' না হয়ে "had she got back" হবে।

Correct Sentences:
ক- If I was were a skylark! আকাঙ্খা বোঝালে be verb সব সময় were হয়, was হয় না।
খ- Do you know what is the problem is? এখানে Do you know হচ্ছে Principal Clause আর what is the problem হচ্ছে Subordinate Clause. Subordinate Clause সব সময় Assertive Sentence এর গঠনে হয়, তাই এতে Auxiliary Verb Subject এর আগে বসে না।
গ- Let your opponents to criticize you and you will understand the mistakes. Let এর পর সব সময় Bare Infinitive হয়।
ঘ- Who they are is known to all. Who they are – Clause টা এখানে Subject হয়েছে, তাই এটা Subordinate (Noun) Clause. তাই এটাতে Verb Subject এর পরে বসানো ঠিক আছে। এর পর Clause -Subject হলে সেটা Singular হিসেবে বিবেচিত হয়। তাই এর পর is known – Singular Form বসানো শুদ্ধ আছে।

- Bangla meaning: শিল্পীর সাম্প্রতিক কাজটি দৃষ্টিনন্দন হলেও, এতে সেই আবেগপূর্ণ অনুরণন অনুপস্থিত, যা তার আগের কাজগুলোকে স্মরণীয় করে তুলেছিল।

• Options:
ক) detachment - উদাসীনতা; বিচ্ছিন্নতা।
খ) resonance - অনুরণন; গভীর প্রভাব। 
গ) intricacy - জটিলতা।
ঘ) distortion - বিকৃতি।
ঙ) vibrancy - প্রাণবন্ততা।

- এখানে contrast দেখানো হয়েছে: visually stunning ↔ lacks emotional resonance. 
- অর্থাৎ, বাহ্যিক সৌন্দর্য থাকলেও গভীর আবেগের অভাব।
- সুতরাং, শব্দগুলোর অর্থানুযায়ী বুঝা যাচ্ছে যে, বাক্যটির অর্থ পরিপূর্ণ করতে হলে শূন্যস্থানে সঠিক শব্দ হবে- resonance.

Such as- যেমন;

alike- একইভাবে, একই রকম;

- Bangla Meaning: আমি রাজশাহী যাওয়ার ইচ্ছা পোষণ করছি।

- Intend-এর পর infinitive অর্থাৎ, to + verb-এর base form বসে।

• Intend (somebody/something) to do something
- English Meaning: to have something in your mind as a plan or purpose.
- Bangla Meaning: ইচ্ছা/মনস্থ/সংকল্প করা; উদ্দেশ্য/অভিপ্রায় থাকা।

- তবে, British English -এ 'intend doing something' ব্যবহৃত হয়, কিন্তু এটি কম প্রচলিত।
- যেমন: I don't intend staying long.

- সাধারণত, সঠিক হিসেবে প্রচলিত form হলো- Intend to + verb-এর base form.
- তাই সঠিক বাক্যটি হবে- খ) I intend to go to Rajshahi.
