- এটি 3rd Condition যুক্ত বাক্য হওয়ায় শূন্যস্থানে would have+ Verb এর Past Participle form হয়েছে।

• Third Condition এর নিয়মুযায়ী:
- 3rd Condition  অতীতের এমন একটি পরিস্থিতি বর্ণনা করে যা বাস্তবে ঘটেনি এবং তা পরিবর্তনও করা সম্ভব নয়।
- দুটি clause এর যেকোন একটিতে If/ had দিয়ে clause টি শুরু হবে।

- Conditional sentence এ Had + Sub + V3 + Extension এভাবে কোন sentence শুরু হলে সেটি Perfect conditional / 3rd conditional হয়।

Complete Sentence: If you had studied, you would have passed the examination.

• Complete Sentence: If I were you, I would apologize.

- এই বাক্যটি Second Conditional কাঠামোর একটি উদাহরণ, যা কাল্পনিক বা অবাস্তব পরিস্থিতি বোঝাতে ব্যবহৃত হয়।
- If+ Subject+ were+ object,+ Would+ rest of the sentence.
- এখানে "If" clause বর্তমান সময়ের একটি অবাস্তব অবস্থা নির্দেশ করছে- "আমি" আসলে "আপনি" নই।
- "I" subject হলেও formal English grammar-এ কাল্পনিক অবস্থার জন্য were ব্যবহার হয়, যাকে subjunctive mood বলা হয়।
