• Than যুক্ত Comparative কে positive করার নিয়ম:

- verb বসবে।
- not বসে (মূল বাক্যটি affirmative হলে, কিন্তু মূল বাক্যটি negative হলে not উঠে যায়)।

- প্রদত্ত বাক্যের প্রথম Subject বসে।

Comparative: Mira is better than Shruti.

আমরা জানি, Superlative কে Positive করতে হলে চারটি কাজ করতে হয়:
1. Subject (যাকে তুলনা করা হয়) Object (যার সাথে তুলনা করা হয়) এর জায়গায় বসে, আর Object - Subject এর জায়গায় বসে।

Comparative: Tamil is better than Zamil. 
Positive: Zamil is not as good as Tamil.

• Comparative কে positive করতে হলে চারটি কাজ করতে হয়:
1. Subject - Object হয়, Object - Subject হয়।
2. Affirmative - Negative হয়, Negative - Affirmative হয়।
3. Degree change হয়।
4. Indicator Change হয়। (as... as/ so....as --> than).

• Than যুক্ত Comparative কে positive করার নিয়ম: 
- প্রদত্ত বাক্যের than যুক্ত অংশ এর পরের অংশ প্রথমে বসবে।
- verb বসবে।
- not বসে (মূল বাক্যটি affirmative হলে, কিন্তু মূল বাক্যটি negative হলে not উঠে যায়)। 
- as বসে। 
- comparative degree এর positive form বসে। 
- as বসে। 
- প্রদত্ত বাক্যের প্রথম Subject বসে।

ব্যাখ্যা
•  One of the যুক্ত superlative sentence কে Positive করার গঠন হচ্ছে -
- Very few+ positive degree এর পরের Plural Noun + Plural Verb+ as/so + Positive Degree+ as +Subject of Positive Degree.

• নিয়মানুযায়ী সঠিক উত্তর - Very few buildings are as tall as The Burj Khalifa in the world.

ব্যাখ্যা
• Than most other / than few other যুক্ত Comparative Degree কে Positive Degree তে রুপান্তর করার নিয়ম:
- Very few + most other/few other এর পরের অংশ + verb এর plural form + so/as + Comparative এর Positive form + as + প্রদত্ত sentence এর subject.
Example:
Comparative: Fazlul Haque was greater than most other politicians in Bangladesh.
Positive: Very few politicians in Bangladesh were as great as Fazlul Haque.

ব্যাখ্যা
• Degree তিন প্রকার । যথা-
- positive degree.
- comparative degree.
- superlative degree.
• Superlative degree: সাধারণত অনেকের মধ্যে তুলনা বুঝাতে adjective এর যে রূপ ব্যবহার হয় তাকে Superlative Degree বলে।
- finest=superlative degree
- finer=comparative degree
- fine=positive degree.
• সমগ্র জাতি ( সমগ্র গোলাপ ) বুঝাতে singular noun এর পূর্বে  the  বসে।
• superlative degree এর পূর্বে the  বসে ।
• কোন countable noun এর পূর্বে all  বসলে  noun টি plural  হয়ে  থাকে ।
 -  The rose is the finest of all flowers - সব ফুলের মধ্যে গোলাপ সবচেয়ে সুন্দর।
• সুতরাং এটি একটি superlative degree.
