Preposition, Conjunction and Interjection

• শুন্যস্থানে সঠিক উত্তর হবে - at.
- Correct answer: I am not good at badminton.

• Good at অর্থ হলো দক্ষ।
- দক্ষতা/ অদক্ষতা বুঝাতে শব্দের সাথে at ব্যবহৃত হয়। যেমন- good at, bad at etc.
- কোনো কিছুতে দক্ষ বোঝাতে সাধারণত Good at বসে ।

• Example:
- He is bad/ good at cricket. [a bad/ good player]
- I am not bad at tennis.
- He is good at English.

- প্রদত্ত প্রশ্নের সঠিক উত্তর হচ্ছে into.
Burst into অর্থ হচ্ছে ভেঙ্গে পড়া।
Example: He burst into tears at the sad news.

এছাড়াও,
Burst out শব্দের অর্থ হচ্ছে ফেটে পড়া।
Example: He burst out aughing at my joke.

কোন লাইন বরাবর বুঝালে along ব্যবহার করা হয়।
যেমন- a path / a road / a river / a beach / a canal ইত্যাদি বরাবর বুঝালে along ব্যবহার করা হয়৷
সুতরাং, শূন্যস্থানে along বসালে বাক্যটির অর্থ দাঁড়ায়- 'তারা প্রায়ই নদীর ধারে মাছ ধরতে যায়'।

Agree to- কোন প্রস্তাবে সম্মত হওয়া। 
Example: I agree to your proposal. 

Agree (with): মেলা; সঙ্গতিপূর্ণ হওয়া; খাপ খাওয়া; মানানসই হওয়া; মানানো।
Example: Your statement does not agree with the newspaper report.

Agree with, on, in (কাহারও সঙ্গে কোন বিষয়ে একমত হওয়া)- I cannot agree with you on this point. I agreed with him in his views.

• Complete sentence: The company frowns on dating among employees.
- Bangla meaning: কোম্পানি কর্মীদের মধ্যে প্রেমের সম্পর্ককে অনুমোদন করে না।

• Frown on/upon something
- English Meaning: to disapprove of something.
- Bangla Meaning: অনুমোদন না-করা; বরদাস্ত না-করা।

• Complete sentence: The plant won’t grow unless you water it regularly.
- Bangla meaning: যদি তুমি নিয়মিত জল না দাও তাহলে গাছটি বাড়বে না।

• Unless: (except if 'যদি না') অর্থে এটি শর্ত বোঝাতে ব্যবহৃত হয়।
- এটি নিজেই negative অর্থ প্রদান করে।
- এজন্যে unless দ্বারা যে clause শুরু হয় তাতে no বা not বসে না।

• অন্যদিকে,
ক) Since (conjunction):
- যেহেতু; তারপর থেকে; তখন থেকে।
- যেমন: He has held two jobs since he graduated.

খ) because (for the reason that; since)
-  সে-কারণে; কেননা; যেহেতু অর্থে conjunction হিসেবে ব্যবহৃত হয়।
- যেমন: I couldn’t attend the meeting because I was ill. 

ঘ) despite/In spite of (conjunction/linker)
- কোন কিছু সত্ত্বেও অর্থে in spite of/despite ব্যবহার হয়।
- এরা সবসময় noun বা noun phrase -এর পূর্বে বসে।
- যেমন: She didn’t give up despite facing many difficulties.

• সঠিক উত্তর হবে - I have written the letter in ink.

• কালিতে লেখা অর্থে বোঝাতে সাধারণত ink এরপর preposition হিসেবে in ব্যবহৃত হয়।
- কলমে দ্বারা লেখা বোঝালে with ব্যবহৃত হয়।
