2. Subordinating Conjunctions:
-যে Conjunction একটি clause এর শুরুতে বসে অন্য clause এর স্থান, কাল, ধরণ, মাত্রা, ইত্যাদি বুঝানোর জন্য ব্যবহৃত হয়, তাকে Subordinating Conjunction বলে।
অর্থাৎ Subordinating Conjunctions একটি clause অন্য clause-এর ওপর নির্ভরশীল হলে, সেখানে Subordinating Conjunction ব্যবহৃত হয়।
যেমন: how, If, Lest, after, although, as, because, bfore, even if, even though, once, since, unless, until, when, where, while, ইত্যাদি।

3. Correlative Conjunctions:
-পরস্পর সম্পর্কযুক্ত জোড়ায় জোড়ায় ব্যবহৃত conjunction গুলোই Correlative Conjunctions.
অর্থাৎ Correlative Conjunctions এগুলো সবসময় জোড়ায় জোড়ায় ব্যবহৃত হয় এবং একই ধরনের word বা phrase যুক্ত করে।
যেমন: either…or, neither…nor, not only…but also, both…and, whether…or, as…as, ইত্যাদি।
