Adjective and Adverb

ব্যাখ্যা:
Verb-এর তৃতীয় রূপটিকে Past Participle বলে। সাধারণত মূল Verb-এর সাথে ed যুক্ত হয়ে past participle গঠিত হয়, যেমন work-worked।

Noun এর পরিবর্তে যা ব্যবহৃত হয়, তাকে Pronoun বলে। যেমন - he, I, me, you, this, that, each etc.
তবে Pronoun যদি কোন Noun কে Modify করে তখন সেটা Adjective হয়ে যায়।

Bangla meaning: উচ্চতর স্থানে, অবস্থানে, মাত্রায় ইত্যাদি; উপরে; ঊর্ধ্বে।

• দুই বা ততোধিক Adjective যদি Hypen (-) দ্বারা যুক্ত হয় সেক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহৃত Noun কখনো Plural হয় না। সর্বদাই Singular হয়।
- যখন দুই বা ততোধিক শব্দ মিলে একটি যৌগিক বিশেষণ (Compound Adjective) তৈরি করে এবং সেটি একটি Noun-এর আগে বসে তাকে modify করে, তখন সেই যৌগিক বিশেষণটি সর্বদাই Singular থাকে।
- তবে এর পরের Noun-টি Singular বা Plural হতে পারে।
