Simple: Subject + too + adjective + to + verb.
Complex: Subject + so + adjective + that + subject + can't/couldn't + verb.

ক) He is arrogant and won't apologize - এটি একটি compound sentence, complex নয়। "And" দিয়ে দুটি independent clause যুক্ত।
খ) He doesn't apologize due to arrogance - এটি একটি simple sentence।
ঘ) His arrogance prevents him from apologizing - এটিও একটি simple sentence।

Simple: He is too arrogant to apologize.
Complex: He is so arrogant that he cannot apologize.
