• উল্লিখত অপশনগুলোর মধ্যে - After the guests left, we cleaned the house. - বাক্যে After হচ্ছে Conjunction.
- এখানে "after" দুটি Clause (উপবাক্য) যুক্ত করেছে:
01. "the guests left" (subordinate clause)
02. "we cleaned the house" (main clause)

- Conjunctions দুটি বাক্যাংশ বা clause যুক্ত করে, তাই এখানে "after" একটি Subordinating Conjunction হিসেবে কাজ করছে।

অন্যদিকে,
• After (followed by a noun), Preposition হিসেবে Sentence এ বসে।
- 'কোনো ঘটনার বা সময়ের পরে' অর্থে After ব্যবহার হলে এটি Preposition.
- Example:
