• Report লেখার সময় তারিখ (Date) এবং স্থান (Place) উল্লেখ করা অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। কারণ রিপোর্ট একটি আনুষ্ঠানিক ও তথ্যভিত্তিক লিখনী যেখানে নির্দিষ্ট ঘটনার বিবরণ, বিশ্লেষণ এবং পর্যবেক্ষণ উপস্থাপন করা হয়। তারিখ ও স্থানের মাধ্যমে রিপোর্টটি কখন এবং কোথায় রচিত হয়েছে তা স্পষ্ট হয়।

• Report Writing:
- The definition of report writing is creating an account or statement that describes in detail an event, situation, or occurrence, usually as the result of observation or inquiry.
- দুটি প্রধান report writing হচ্ছে: news report writing এবং academic report writing.
- Report writing is different from other forms of writing because it only includes facts, not the opinion or judgment of the writer.
- Report শব্দের বাংলা অর্থ প্রতিবেদন বা কোন তথ্যের বা কোন ঘটনার বিবরণ।
- Report লেখার শুরুতে source বা উৎস, Headline বা শিরোনাম, date বা তারিখ এবং place বা স্থানের নাম উল্লেখ করা হয়।
